    Unresponsive iPhone 6S

    Hey. So yesterday when I woke up, my iPhone 6S was completely blacked out, despite being on charge the night before (I'm certain it was charging). Even when I hold down the power button, there isn't anything, not even a no battery symbol. I've tried charging with another cord at another powerpoint, to no avail. A hard reset (holding down both power and home buttons) doesn't do anything, and when plugged into my computer, it doesn't come up on iTunes, so I'm sure it's not a screen problem. This also means I can't backup and switch it to another phone (last backup was a few months ago)

    Yesterday, I may have opened a 9 hour YouTube video and left it on, but I'm not sure if it holds any relevance. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. I want to make sure it's not something I can fix before taking it to the Genius Bar.

    Problems with Pencil, Notes.app and editing / resizing pictures

    I got problems with my iPad Pro on iOS 12.1.4, shown in the video here.

    I zoom into a screenshot image placed into a note (note.app). I zoom into it and do my markup (writing on it with apple pencil 1st gen).

    Then, when I try to do the same again, I cannot zoom into the image anymore.

    So that means: I can edit it once. But I am unable to add anything afterwards, which is annoying.

    Any idea?

    How to enable push notifications for only one email sender

    I have my push notifications on silent for emails on my iPhone XR but I would like to receive a notification from only one sender, is this possible at all?

    I use and prefer the Outlook app. However I can use any other app for the next 1-2 months if need be

    Looking for iOS camera that will record notes

    My friend is looking for an iOS camera app where he can press a button after he takes the picture and record some notes that are saved in the metadata. I have found some EXIF apps that can be accessed via the share menu but it takes 10-20 clicks to be able to record something and the 4-5 that we've tried have been sketchy.

    Has anyone seen something like this? Thanks.

    How do you rotate a page within a pdf and save it (on iPhone and iPad)?

    I have one page within a pdf with a wrong orientation and I would like to rotate it to correct the orientation on my iPhone and iPad.

    I need to send the pdf so "rotate" your device doesn't work.

    How do I clear Siri web suggestions? NOT turn it off. CLEAR. An embarrassing website I once clicked shows up when I type letters it starts with and I can not get rid of it. It shows up in safari and when you scroll to the left and up. I have tried everything and cannot clear this god damn suggestion

    I checked my screen time today and it says I spent 2 hrs and 32 min on my phone (as in, literally on the phone app where you make calls) between 7 and 10 am. The thing is...I didn't wake up until 10:30. Does anybody have any idea why that would happen? I also haven't had any calls since yesterday, and even those only made up 30 minutes or so.

    Safe Mode Loop, Help!

    I have installed Semperon tweak from Cydia and it was working fine, then I personalised it a little and ever since then it's stopped working and my phone runs only safe mode... I tried removing it and reinstalling it, when I remove it everything works fine but when I reinstall I'm back to safe mode... please help

    ScreenTime Passcode Reset

    So here's the background: I originally setup my son's iPhone when iOS 11 was installed and "Restrictions" was absolute garbage. With that said, I made his birthday older than 13 and monitored his device every so often.

    Now that we both have iOS 12 with ScreenTime and I just turned Family Sharing on (for setting ScreenTime functions and Find My Friends only) I want to manage his restrictions through there.

    The problem is... he setup ScreenTime at some point with a passcode and he doesn't remember it. By searching the web the only results are to reset the iPhone or use some third party app which I refuse to do. I could just reset the iPhone as he doesn't have much on there worth saving. I do have iCloud Backup enabled, but I am not sure if "Setup As New" will bring his contacts and photos, etc... back down.

    So... is there a better option to disable his ScreenTime in order for me to setup it back up through Family Sharing OR should I just reset his iPhone?

    Profiles showing up even though there are none?

    After restoring my phone from 11.3.1 to 12.1.4 (I know i update slow) iCloud restore never finishes, tried 3 times one for a total of 12 hours over night. Do you think another backup would restore properly? Any idea why it might not work?

    only used WiFi. wifi is good and stable. Cloud restore never finishes and bar just fills up and repeats itself.

    Only used the most recent iCloud save. iPhone X btw

    Not able to make and receive calls with iPhone 7

    Currently on latest iOS (12.1.4). Been having trouble with calls and my camera.

    Weird situation, when I restart my phone, I can make calls for a short while (an hour) but after that I am not able to make or receive any audio or FaceTime calls or even FB messenger calls. But, I can make them when connected to my car or AirPods. Is this a problem with the handset itself then?

    Can't take any pictures either. The application opens, and I can "click" on the shutter button but not pictures get saved.

    Is this a hardware or software issue? Tried looking it up but haven't found any consistent answers. Thanks.

    Calendar app with a “real” alarm. Can you point me in the right direction?

    Recently I'm taking my habits and rituals to the next level. Daily I now get 5 alarms for varying tasks as: waking up, going out of bed, doing admin work, taking medication. Now those alarms are set in the default alarm app of IOS, some with sound some with vibration only. All of the alarms don't have the option to snooze: No choice to delay means higher chance of getting it done.

    This has resulted in a boost in effectiveness, but I want to do this far more detailed. This is not practical in the native alarm app. What I'm searching for is:

    A calendar/weekly habits app that gives an alarm that is like the IOS app. This alarm goes on for minutes and takes up the entire screen. The only option is to press stop. What all the apps do I've downloaded so far is give a varying notification. These notifications are very easy to miss, do not continuously sound/vibrate alarm and don't take up the entire screen.

    TLDR: Does anyone know of an app that is a calendar with the alarm function that mimics the native IOS alarm app (notifications are easy to miss)?
