| Posted: 06 Feb 2019 01:53 PM PST I have an iPhone 6s When I open the notes app all that appears is a completely white screen with the heading "Folders" and then it says edit in the top right but is faint so you can't click on it. There is nothing clickable on the screen. When I use the 3D Touch feature for the notes app, I can select a few options. Whatever I choose, there is a pop up saying "to use notes directly, upgrade your notes". I have no idea what this means I have updated my software to the latest IOS 12.1.3 but nothing has changed. | Help with setting up new iPhone Posted: 06 Feb 2019 12:00 PM PST So my wife's iPhone 6 has been on the fritz and we got her the Xr. I'm trying to restore her iCloud backup from the initial set up but can't authenticate the Xr login because the 6 screen is unresponsive. I did a restart by pressing the home and side button, but can't login to the iPhone 6 because I can't input her pin on the 6's screen. I've plugged it to the outlet, removed the sim tray, tried an old iPod trick by flicking the silent switch off an on a few times, but nothing works. Any ideas? [link] [comments]  |
