    I'm new to iPhone and according to Apple you can add personal hotspot to control center. I've added other things to control center but I do not see a hotspot setting.

    Slim cases similar to Caudabe sheath?

    I currently have the Caudabe sheath as my daily driver. I love the slim yet protective profile of it. Are there any cases similar with such specs?

    I've used the Apple leather, which failed me, causing a crack on the lens from a 2ft drop.

    I've also looked into cases like totalleebut they just seem too thin. Also mous and rhino solidsuit, but fear they may be too bulky. Also interested in pitaka mag case, but don't lie the exposed top/bottom

    If my phone is in silent mode AND the volume is turned down, why on earth does my phone still play sounds?

    Short rant.

    I'm a college student. I keep my phone on silent mode with the volume all the way turned down. Sometimes I get bored in class or the library and like to check Instagram, Twitter, etc. But god forbid I hit the speech dictation button on accident or tap an Instagram video post.

    Then you have to hit the speech dictation button again to turn it off.

    SECOND DING

    god dammit

    The worst is when you accidentally tap a video on Instagram. Why the fuck is the volume up only when I'm on Instagram? I TURNED MY PHONE VOLUME DOWN FOR A REASON.

    It feels like there are three different volumes I have to worry about. The volume of my headphones when those are plugged in, the volume controlled by control center, and the volume controlled by the buttons on the side. I learned that in Instagram especially, you have to hold the side volume buttons until it goes all the way down.

    Thank god Siri is so stupid I have her turned off entirely because what a nightmare that would be.

    Either way, this is some silly nonsense. Apple please. I wish silent meant silent.

    How do you Multi-task and keep the sound of a video (in chrome) in the background like music does.

    So when I play music thru the music app, I can listen to it while doing other things, same with podcasts. However, when I use the Chrome or Safari browser and swap over to another app, it stops.

    Is there any way to change this so that I can listen to a YouTube video while doing other things?

    Upgrading from iPhone 6s.

    I'm currently in a dilemma. I want to upgrade to a newer iPhone especially with the rumors of iOS 13 not supporting the A9 CPU. But the iPhone 8 is kinda too expensive for me, I was thinking of going to the 7 or 7 Plus. Is it worth upgrading one generation? Obviously I do get dual cameras and new taptic engine and better CPU but I wanna hear you guys' opinions.

    Just picked up a new iPhone

    Just picked up a 256GB iPhone XS Max yesterday and so far I'm loving it. Got an otter box symmetry case too. Any tips or go to apps for it? I'm switching from a note 5 so some of it is overwhelming.

    Go to Settings >General >Accessibility >Display Accommodations >Colour Filters > Blue/Yellow Filter > move the slider to aprox. 10%. Boom! Game changer

    Mobile data problem

    So i just got my first iphone,and when i turn on my mobile data it turns on says lte on the top snd everything but it just doesnt work. Youtube wont load i cant sent messages etc. Any solutions?

    Question for OneDrive photo users

    Does OneDrive's photo backup continuously synchronize with the phone (meaning I can delete things from the camera roll and it'll remove them from the cloud) or is it literally, as the option says, just saving one-time duplicates of every photo you take?

    I also assume it won't be able to compress locally-stored images and then download them when accessed, as iOS does with iCloud. But that's a smaller detail, since OneDrive would make all my files accessible anyway.

    I love OneDrive. The shell integration alone is why. I just wanted to know if it makes sense to move away from iCloud if my phone (16GB iPhone 6) is always filled with thousands of photos.

    XS smart battery case

    Just got a smart battery case for my xs and I wonder if the thing is working correctly. Today after my first fully charge the case showed 89% battery for around 8 hours and then dropped to 0%. It also charges very slowly, currently I've gotten 3% on my phone and 1% on the case (using a 60w type-c power-delivery charger) in 30 minutes and I wonder if the thing is broken. Bought it via official apple retailer

    Chrome autofill not working on Iphone 6S Plus?

    Hello, I've been having a problem with Chrome autofill, it fills in the details like name, adress etc. but it doesn't fill in the Credit Card section. Has anyone got a solution or a different method to quickly input the credit card when online shopping?

    Hello everyone! I'm considering picking one one of Pad and Quill's wallet cases, but I'm not quite sure. I haven't been able to find much information on them on the internet and it seems like they aren't very well known. If anyone here owns one of their products and can offer a recommendation, I'd really appreciate it.

    One big question I have is how does it feel for every day use? How easily does it fold so you can focus on the phone? I do a lot of book reading, how is it for that?

    Please help! I’m a late adopter and I can’t control my phone while connected to Bluetooth in my car

    Hi. I just updated from an iPhone 6S to an iPhone X. I paired my phone with the Bluetooth in my car. I can control the volume using my steering wheel controls just fine, but I can't skip songs while listening to Spotify using my steering wheel controls like I could with my old phone. I have tried unpairing and reconnecting. I've turned my phone off and on. Nothing seems to do the trick and it's super irritating. Also, my Bluetooth won't automatically play whatever I was listening to on my phone (music or podcasts) automatically once I turn on my car. My old phone used to do this no problem. I am so not tech savvy, which is why I've had a 6S for almost 3 years until now! Please help! TIA

    Having issues with iPhone X randomly not able to use LTE despite showing a good signal. Only fix is turning the phone off and back on again.

    The past couple weeks I have started experiencing issues with my phone connecting to the network. It happens at random times during the day. I'll be watching a YouTube video or trying to get directions or even browsing Reddit and my connection will just stop. The only thing I can do is turn my phone off then back on and it seems to fix it. Anyone else dealing with anything like this? I was thinking about taking it into the store to see if there was a fix for it. Might also be a carrier issue. AT&T is my carrier.

    Thinking of moving back to iPhone

    I purchased a Note9 in October 2018 and after only 4 months on Android, I'm thinking of moving back to my iPhone 8, which I still have luckily.

    The Note9 is great and all and I can't really complain about anything. It just feels "unpolished" compared to iPhone and iOS.

    I decided to try the Note9 after using iPhone for many years, but after 4 months, it just doesn't feel like "home" to me.

    All the customisation and openness is great and all, but in the end it feels like an "unpolished" product ie there's alway just something "wrong" or some setting you have to disable or enable to make things work properly.
