You know when you're at a hotel, Starbucks etc and with their WiFi you have to open a safari page through settings in order to get access? Well mine glitched out, and it says that I'm connected, while really I can't load anything. Is there a way to go back to that page and login successfully? [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 23 Feb 2019 09:33 PM PST My iPhone has been acting up for a while, but today while I was using it, it became more and more glitchy and unusable. The video down below shows what was happening while in the middle of its' "breakdown." My phone now has mainly a black screen with colored lines running around it. Every so often I'll catch glimpses of the home screen or the time and date. I should mention that I was out in the rain today, but for a majority of the time it was just barely sprinkling. When it got heavier I put it in my bag, and I know water didn't seep into it because the rest of the items in my bag were dry. Anyways, I have it in some rice right now, and yes I have turned it off and on again by doing a hard reset lol. Any advice is appreciated and sorry for any typos, I'm currently using a tablet and it's much harder to type on here lmao. iPhone video [link] [comments]  |
| Trying to get important Voice Memos off iphone Posted: 23 Feb 2019 02:42 PM PST Hello, I have lots and lots of voice memos (like 10 gb) of my grandfather before he passed away. I used it as a voice recorder for him to tell me stories. Now that he is gone I want to make copies of them before something happens to my phone. I am having a really hard time getting them onto my computer in a neat and organized way. On my phone in the voice memos app they are all in order with a title and the date/time they were recorded. I have backed my iphone up to itunes and tried to get them off of there but when I do the date is no longer on the voice memo. It seems to be treating the voice memos as a song. I saw somewhere that someone recommended PhoneTrans. I tried that and it did get them all backed up onto my computer but once again there was no date so they are all out of order. I am just wondering if there is any better way. I have my phone backed up so I hope that if something happens to my phone at least I will get them all back? I have some other questions about the recent option to change to lossless compression and whether that is how they used to be before the update. But first I just want to get these safely preserved before I lose them. Thank you [link] [comments]  |
| iphone 6s doesn’t work with headphones Posted: 23 Feb 2019 08:14 PM PST not sure how to word this right in the title lol. my phone has had this weird problem where the headphones would only play out of one ear. i tried using one of those headphone adapters for phones without jacks and they work just fine! they work normally on my computer and other things, my phones the only one messing with them. the headphones also have a button to pause and unpause, and when i try them with my phone it acts as if i'm constantly pressing the button when i definitely am not. i just tried them again today and they play no sound at all(using adapter stills works fine). idk if there's a way to fix this but i'd at least like to know what's going on [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 23 Feb 2019 01:33 PM PST I'm haring issues with a second hand bought iPhone 7. When I received the iPhone, I tested everything. Video, mic, gps, compass etc. I put the phone away for a month because it was for my daughters birthday. Today she got het present and I did a reset on the phone and restored a iPhone 5c backup. After the phone had setup, it turned out that the mic was 't working. Also the camera didn't react fine. After pressing the schutter button it takes about 5 sec before a picture is taken. Also recording sound doesn't work, if it is possible to record a video, it doesn't record the sound. A hard reset seems to fix the issues, for a while. In the end the same issues return.
