    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 06:59 AM PST

What is the best WhatsApp app available for Apple Watch? They are all 3.99 in Canada so I'd like some opinion from all of you before I actually buy one.

Is there an app that would allow me to share my heart rate in real time with another person?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 07:10 AM PST

I'll be skiing all week and want to avoid the onslaught of "are you still alive" texts from my wife and mother. i figure I could just have an app on this watch that lets them check in and make sure my heart is still beating. Any ideas?

Old Watch - Use without iPhone?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 07:01 AM PST

I bought a new Apple Watch 4, and would like to give my Apple Watch 1 to my daughter. Is there anyway that she can use it without it being paired to an iPhone? Can it be paired with an iPad? I don't want her stats to show up under my profile. It would nice to just use it as a watch even...

Anyone else having issues with SMS messages (not iMessages) not syncing correctly?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 03:05 AM PST

I've had my Series 3 since launch day and have it connected to an XS Max. The issue is: when I read an SMS text message on my iPhone, it remains a notification on my Apple Watch, meaning it is still marked as unread. I have to read it a second time on my Apple Watch before it goes away.

Anyone else with me here? I've had the issue since day one and have tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Wiped my phone, wiped my watch, restarted both countless times, turned iMessage off then back on, etc.

Has a cellular-enabled Apple Watch allowed you to untether from your phone and develop a healthier relationship with your phone?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 06:05 AM PST

I'm interested in the possibility that having a cellular-enabled Apple Watch would allow me to leave my phone behind but still be able to make phone calls and receives texts if necessary. Has anyone out there directly experienced a healthier relationship with their phone as a result of a cellular-enabled Apple Watch? (Note: I'm not interested in non-cellular watch experiences... I've owned a non-cellular watch for many years.)

    Waiting for s5?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 06:09 AM PST

Hi everyone! I've never had a smart watch but I've been looking into getting an Apple Watch for fitness/medical purposes. It seems like the s5 is likely to unveil some new medical features. Are those typically made available to previous series watches via updates, or would it be better to wait for the new series?

Apple Watch tough setup. $15 Milanese loop, $7 case, $10 Armorshield. Holds up very well if you are rough on your watch (mechanics / factory work / brick walls etc)

Is the SS really worth $200?

    Posted: 27 Feb 2019 09:13 PM PST

I'm getting an Apple Watch. Probably within the week. I will be getting an S4 Cellular 40mm. I was also planning on getting Aluminum, however, since joining this thread, I'm having second thoughts. I have always been pretty hard on my watches, I haven't worn one in years but I am also a mom of 4 now so life is crazy. Is the SS really worth the extra $200? Are cases truly that much of an eye sore to merit spending that extra cash? Was planning on just getting a screen protector but now I'm not sure what to do 🤣. Throw it at me. Sell me on the SS... or tell me your Aluminum watches have held up great.
