- I use iPlaytv for my IPTV subscription. But now twice this week all data and configuration got erased on my AppleTV 4K. Anyone experiencing the same?

Posted: 27 Feb 2019 08:07 PM PST I have to wait an absurd amount of time for my files to sync properly to Infuse again from my Hard drive, but also my Netflix and Stan accounts get signed out. Some others stay signed in and on the surface the Apple TV doesn't even show that anything has happened, I just notice when I open my apps that their data is missing. This has happened 3 times in the past few months and I've no clue what causes it [link] [comments]  |

| Combining US and UK shows in the TV app Posted: 27 Feb 2019 11:21 PM PST So I ha e to iTunes accounts one for America and one from the Uk And I have apps installed from both regions. is there away to get the tv app to pull data from all installed apps for example when signed in to my uk account BBC iplayer will feed the tv app but CBS won't, likewise when on my US account CBS will feed the tv app and bbc won't. I can still watch shows on both apps regardless of the account I'm signed into [link] [comments]  |

| Streaming with no or as little as possible data usage Posted: 27 Feb 2019 04:36 AM PST With an iPhone or iPad, a limited data plan on my phone, a tv without cable but with a hdmi possibility, no WiFi, how can I watch apps like Netflix on tv best? I read apps like Netflix block cables from iPad to hdmi. Can I use AppleTV? What's the data usage? (It's for a vacation home, where I'll be going to frequently). (Else I'll get a sim only unlimited data plan, but I hope there's an other $ way). Thanks! Edit: we've tried a digital antenna but there's no signal there. (Digitenne service in Netherlands). | Video stream blank - but with sound? Posted: 27 Feb 2019 09:47 AM PST I'm constantly having a problem with this. Sometimes when i turn on the ATV and launch either Netflix, YoutubeTV or amazon and try to play a stream video, i get sound and no video. I have a brand new sony x900 tv with apple tv 4k. Very strange. I thought maybe it was the HDMI cords i was using but i just put on brand new ones that are "rated" for 4K. What could this possible be? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. To fix it i have to restart the ATV then it works again only to repeat randomly later. The inconsistency is very frustrating. Any idea? [link] [comments]  |
