    I was having a phone conversation yesterday with a friend and we're discussing our year and he told me he purchased a new Infinity QX80 SUV and he loves it.

    When I got home that evening I was watching YouTube on my Apple TV and a targeted Infinity QX80 ad popped up... this model is pretty specific and I doubt this is a coincidence.

    Is my iPhone listening to my conversations and converting it to targeted advertising?

    Every time I watch a video my iPhone XS acts as though I touched the screen and the options pop up during a video when it's in wide view. Anyone else have this issue? Phone is currently running the latest iOS update

    I'm an Android user that just got an iPhone, I'm looking for the best multiplatform Pushbullet alternative that I can use on Windows, Android and iOS. I would just use Pushbullet but I see it hasn't been updated in about 3 years on the app store. I mostly use it to push text, links and images so I don't really care about the SMS stuff.

    Does anyone else wish you could create subfolders within the Hidden photos album?

    It would be great if it were possible to create subfolders (mini-albums) within the Hidden photos album. If a person has several hundred, if not thousands of photos, the ability to browse or select an image becomes frustrating. Why is there no ability to create subfolders or mini-albums within the Hidden folder when the feature exists in the main "My Albums" section? I'm amazed this feature has not been requested nor addressed previously.

    No service since iOS 12 - Using overseas iPhone 7+ in Japan (HELP)

    Hi everyone,

    Ever since the iOS 12 update (and only the iOS 12 update), my phone seems to no longer get any service from my current provider within Japan. I have confirmed that other iPhone 7+ devices bought from within Japan work fine.

    I confirmed it was ONLY the iOS 12 update by downgrading back to iOS 11.4 when this first occurred, however now due to that being unsigned and there being absolutely no way to downgrade back to iOS 11.4 I'm quite stuck...

    I can either buy a new device from within Japan or try to find a way to fix the current issue. I have tried all the basic things and am looking for someone with maybe a little more expertise to help me find a solution to the issue.. I understand that mobile devices for Japan require a separate certificate but I'm not sure why this would break it with a specific update..

    Does anyone have any knowledge on why this could be the case?

    For anyone within Japan, I'm currently with UQ mobile. I read online that I should avoid AU services but I found this out way after getting the device and when I tested it back on 11.4 it was completely fine.

    If there's any more information required I will answer all things in the comment section.. any help would be greatly appreciated as not having a phone can be quite stressful :(

    Trade in or sell 64GB 6S and buy used XR. Thoughts?

    If I go through Apple, I'm pretty sure I can get $200 for my 6S. If so, a 64GB XR would cost me about $610 after taxes. If I buy used on Swappa, how much should I expect to pay for the same XR? Assuming it's $650-700(?) and I can sell the 6S for $200-$250(?), the XR would cost me about $450-$550.

    Are my numbers realistic?

    The 6S has been working just fine so I'm not in a rush to upgrade but band 71 for T-Mobile and dual sim would be nice.

    My iPhone X stopped vibrating

    Pretty much the title. Ive bought it like 6/7 months ago and it stopped vibrating and idk why. Didnt change any settings and I use it almost every time in silence mode but now I gotta turn the sound on because it doesnt vibrate when I get a call or a message...

    Severe eye strain from XS Max. Any suggestions?

    I am having issues with the XS Max and severe eye strain. I can't use my phone for more than 5 minutes at a time. I have tried turning reduce white point to 100% and brightness beyond 50% and it isn't helping. I tried contacting Verizon to see if I could switch to the XR but they said I would have to pay $575 to switch, that isn't an option right now.

    Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

    Edge-to-edge iPhone XS MAX screen protector?

    I am hesitating between the Spigen Glasrt Easy Fit and the Olixar. I want the screen to be entirely protected so we can barely notice there is a protector on it. On both products mentioned here it seems there is nothing on the screen it's bluffing... Do you have a specific brand to recommend?

    Apple watch series 3 not showing notifications.

    Hey all, so basically I have a apple watch 3 obviously and it is connected via bluetooth. For the past couple of days. I have been using my watch and while my phone is in my pocket, I wasn't getting any notifications at all. Not on my watch nor phone. I finally was like that's not right so I looked at my phone and there were a ton of messages/notifications.

    I use iOS 12.1.2 on my iP 7 and when I check the updates on my phone it says "it's up to date" but when I connect my phone to my computer it says that there is an update which I can download, I look that update and it is iOS 12.1.2. What should I do? I can update one more time and I can wait for the other update.

    Exporting RAW photos from Halide

    I shot some photos the other day in Halide while the RAW option was enabled, thus I was wondering of there is a way to export/transfer these images while maintaining the raw format to my PC for editing. I tried uploading the photos to Dropbox and then downloading them to my PC but the images were not only converted to .jpeg but were also compressed as hell. I used to be able to do this in the past but I think after iOS 12 I can't anymore without Dropbox converting the raw files to jpeg or HEIC.
