    So I finally got the new iPad Pro and I'm really, really happy with the performance! That said how well do you guys think it's going to perform ,maybe 3 years down the line?

    iMessages sync between iPad and iPhone??

    As far as I know, it USED TO WORK that iMessages were synced between my iPhone and iPad. I could send and receive from either device and the messages would always be synced. Lately tough, any messages I receive and READ on my iPhone remain marked as new (unread) on the iPad.

    Both devices have the same send and receive addresses, in the same order. (Only two, my email and my phone number.) Both devices are signed into iCloud with the same user id and password. I've rebooted both. Yet the messages remain out of sync as far as their "read" status.

    Any ideas?

    Does a USB-C to HDMI adapter work with Netflix?

    If so, is there a good adapter that i should buy? I want to use it with my tv to watch netflix. I don't want to buy the official Apple adapter, because it's way too expensive for me.

    Hi,

    I'll be buying an 11" ipad pro, wifi only model. I can find cheaper ones online but I dont want to unbox a bent ipad at my home! It seems bent ipads are commonly lte models because of the antenna so should I risk and buy one online or should go to an apple store pay 60-70 USD more and buy one there? Anyone with a bent wifi only ipad pro problem? Thx.

    So looking at the 2018 ipad 9.7. Seems fine main usage which is just web browsing on a bigger screen than my phone, reddit, films, etc...

    Also the drawing seems quite decent from the reviews and comparison videos I've watched. So that would be its other main usage.

    So would it still be worth getting?, can get for 299 (UK).

    I think my main worry is if it becomes too slow or behind to use in a couple of years I guess. Or that the 2019 version (if there definitely is even one) are quite substantial, but I suppose that would come with a substantial price increase too.

    I want to buy an iPad Pro, but I'm afraid it's way to far from being an actual computer..

    I usually do web and software development and I have a lot of softwares on my Mac I'd like to use on my iPad when not around..

    Is that an option? Or am I just limited to apps?..

    Pro users with the Logitech Slim Combo 10.5... Does the bezzel get in the way when you write with the pencil in portrait?

    As the title says I suppose.

    You can see that if I were to write in portrait orientation, surely that bezzel is going to get in my way? It looks very thick.

    Anyone had experience with this?

    Wacom Stylus for iPad 2019?

    Hello. I write and draw a weekly webcomic, and so far I have created it using a PC laptop and an XP-Pen pen display. That setup takes up a LOT of desk real estate and isn't portable. I've wanted an all-in-one drawing device for YEARS, but couldn't work it into the budget. If money were no object, I would buy a Wacom mobile studio or Cintiq Companion. I've lusted after the Surface Pro since Microsoft first introduced it, but again, out of my price range. Same with the iPad Pro.

    I have read and watched a LOT of reviews on the iPad, Surface Go, and Galaxy Tab S4. I had all of them in my Amazon shopping cart at one time or another over the last couple of weeks, but the Tab S4 can't run Clip Studio Paint or Procreate (I've never used Procreate, but I'd like to based on what I've read and watched). That left me deciding between a Surface Go and a regular 2019 iPad. I went with the iPad because of the promised simplicity. I'm not really into tech for it's own sake, and the ready-to-use-right-out-of-the-box promise of the iPad, along with the fact that it can run Clip Studio and Procreate, tipped the balance in favor or the iPad (even though I've never owned an Apple device before and iOS is a foreign environment for me).

    My one reservation: I tried out the Apple pencil on a friend's device, and I don't like the feel of it.

    My question is this; can I use a Wacom stylus in place of the Apple pencil and have it work on the iPad 2019, including pressure sensitivity? I don't care about tilt. All the videos I've found that address this question are a few years old, and I know that it is only the newer iPads that are compatible with the Apple pencil. My iPad will arrive the day after tomorrow. I have not yet ordered a stylus for it, and I'm hoping for some guidance.

    What are some add ons to make my 2018 12.9 even better?

    Have the 2nd gen Apple Pencil, have the Smart Keyboard folio and I love both.

    Are there any extra add ons that would enhance my experience? Adapters, cases, chargers, etc etc.

    Got some money to burn.

    Comparison between iPad 2018 and iPad Pro

    I'm debating whether to buy now the iPad 2018 128 GB for my own use w the gen 1 Pencil , or to wait till I've saved up enough for the Pro and the gen 2 Pencil.

    Or wait for something better ? I'll be upgrading from my old Air 1 - it's slow as hell these days .

    I mostly use my iPad for viewing videos and writing (I write a lot) , the odd game, some photo editing (simple things mostly) and social media , so I can't justify buying the Pro.

    Thoughts ?

    Safari loads web pages slowly

    On my regular ipad 2018 Safari loads web pages about 50% slower than Chrome and Firefox, this obviously makes no sense, I already resetted the browsing data & even turned off Adguard to test if it helps, but I'm out of ideas.

    Handwriting in a spreadsheet

    This may be impossible but is there any app that will let you hand write into cells of a spreadsheet and then have it convert. I want to be able to quickly jot down figures and then be able to apply formulas.

    Please no comments about how I should just get airpods or other bluetooth headphones. I'm happy with 3.5mm headphones for the time being.

    Has anyone seen or used any decent quality headphone adaptors for the iPad Pro 2018 models?

    The ones I find online seem to have reputation for either not fully working or being flimsy.

    because when I go to the Austrian Apple Support Site there is only the onetime purchase possible eith about 140€ and when I switch to the American Apple Support Site there is for the same device an monthly subscription so my Question is does that count if I buy it not in my Country?

    incorporating drawings from ipad into MS powerpoint

    Hi all,

    I'm considering a ipad pro to draw schematics for work. However, I need to be able to take these drawings and incorporate them into MS powerpoint. Is this easily done? I'm assuming I could just screenshot whatever I draw and resize it in powerpoint as necessary. Does anyone else do this regularly?
