Apple TV If I redeem a movie on iTunes and have it upgraded to 4K, will it play in 4K on Movies Anywhere or only on the Apple TV 4K?

If I redeem a movie on iTunes and have it upgraded to 4K, will it play in 4K on Movies Anywhere or only on the Apple TV 4K?
Is anyone experiencing this issue with an Apple TV & iPhone/iPad/Mac? I’ve been able to play music on my Apple TV and iPhone at the exact same time for the past year or so until now
Apple TV won’t play any previously purchased movies.

I already have two Nvidia Shield TV devices, but only a non-4K Apple TV (4th gen).

I also have a large collection of Blu-Ray titles with redeemable codes that I've yet to redeem, and was considering doing so on iTunes so I can benefit from the free 4K upgrade.

If I can only watch them in 4K on the Apple TV 4K, I'd consider investing in one of those devices. If not, I'll stick with the Shield.

Apple TV won’t play any previously purchased movies.

My purchased movie library on my apple TV doesn't show up. The only movies I can see under purchased movies on my apple TV or movies that I purchased using it. Whenever I try to watch a movie I've already own and that doesn't show up in my library, it just will not play. I either get stuck in an endless loop of "You've already purchased. Would you like to watch it now?" and when I click yes it would just take me back to the movie buying option screen, or when I click yes, it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I end up having to airplay the movie from my phone or laptop. Please help!
