Hi all, was your mail updated in iOS (under iOS 12.1.2)? I thought I received a message but it was some notice from Apple and I didn't see clearly what it was all about .

Can anyone post a screenshot of what is it about ?

    Kind regards

My iPhone X, only 2 days old, has a strange gap between the left bezel (steel border) and the glass of the screen , and I can see some dust sticking there. Anyone else has this problem? Is it normal and does it affect how waterproof my iPhone is?

    Best charger for iPhone x?

    Posted: 29 Dec 2018 12:48 PM PST

I'm waiting on my delivery for my iPhone x (yes I'm a bit late, but just joining the iPhone bandwagon and switching from android) What would be the best charger? I want to fast charge it and understand that the USB c to lightning doesn't come with it.

I'm a little concerned about using an Unofficial USB c cable by accident and destroying the battery on my new phone. Also what adapter would I need to use. Does anyone have any recommendations that won't break my bank? But would be best for the phone. Thanks in advance

Hey so I have an iPhone X I bought brand new from T - Mobile in late October, and around 2-3 weeks after buying it i noticed the phone “creaked” and “popped”

    Posted: 29 Dec 2018 12:17 AM PST

Some context, The phone has never been dropped and has been in a case and screen protector since day 1, anyways around 2-3 weeks after buying it i noticed the phone "creaked" "popped" (although slightly) around the top left side of the display whenever I'd apply pressure for 3D Touch. I turned off the phone and noticed that the slight "creaking" was still there. If I bend it slightly and I mean slightly without any pressure, it creaks. I had an iPhone 6 for 4 years and although it was take care of well, it had been dropped a few times throughout its life and that phone never made creak or a pop. It was a solid and well built phone, so now I'm wondering if my brand new iPhone X has some hardware defect and if I should take it into Apple? And would I get a new one or would I just be wasting my time making an appointment and going?

Why reminder app dont work with location?

    Posted: 29 Dec 2018 02:02 AM PST

    Hello there,

if i put some reminders using the location service to reminde me of something as i arrive one specific location, the iphone dont reminde-me of nothing.

My GPS is on because i use a lot of maps, share my location with my family, and all is fine.

But the reminder is set to use the location service when in use only. There are other setting that i´m missing?

    thanks

    cheers

    Unresponsive light sensor during calls

    Posted: 29 Dec 2018 01:08 AM PST

I bought my iphone X back in July and ever since I've had this issue where if im on a call and then end it and proceed to bring the phone down from my ears it would show a black unresponsive screen for a long time.

I first thought it could be the screen protector covering the light sensor somehow but I've since removed it and still get the problem.

I was willing to bring it to an apple shop since it's under warranty but it's not that bad it's just very inconvenient and I don't wanna go through transferring to a new phone unnecessarily.
