Hi there! I am collecting data about tracking steps with Watch usage. Alternatively, if you don't have an Apple Watch but track on your iPhone, you can use that too in the separate section! My Stats teacher would flip if she knew I had a couple hundred responses in this project.

I'm looking for a good, flat wireless charging pad that can charge Apple Watch and iPhone XR simultaneously.When I look around the information is sometimes ambiguous.

Any recommendations? Are the IKEA ones any good?

Resting heart rate only being taken once per day?

I was under the impression that a resting heart rate measurement was taken anytime you've been inactive for 10 mins. However, if you go to the health app and click on the "i" at "resting heart rate" and then click "show all data" and then click into each day, I only see 1 measurement taken each day. Is this a glitch or is the resting heart rate average really only coming from one measurement a day?

Similar to sharing your location through iMessage, if I am doing a longer road race like a half marathon and want my friends and family to be able to see where I'm at, does this exist? Like a standalone app for Apple Watch, I'd be leaving my phone behind ideally.

Just bought an Apple Watch and it's only 2 days old and I noticed this very faint line. Only really notice it when you go into the apps section in list view. It also seems like it sometimes more noticeable than other times.

I need:

Free app.
Using without iPhone.
Display: Distance travelled, time, heart rate, speed (km per hour) and calories.

Advice. Series 4 Nike watch

Hi guys, I got the new series 4 Nike aluminium Apple Watch for my birthday last week. I have the reflective silver Velcro strap. I was looking on advice on how to best clean this? Does anybody have it? I work out a lot at the gym so I'm hoping it doesn't start to smell and soak up too much sweat! If so, some advice on washing would be brill. Cheers!

Is this heart rate normal?

Just got a watch. My heart rate when I'm sleeping is in the mid-60's to 70's. But as soon as I wake up, it's usually 80-100 throughout the day (without physical activity). I've seen articles that 60-100 is normal, but further studies that say over 76 can lead to heart disease.

I know no one are doctor's here, just want to get an idea if I'm in a normal range. Thanks!

My AW S3 has lost WiFi connection unless it's within around 6ft of the router !

Any reason?

Everything else connects to the WiFi absolutely fine all over the house.. just the watch!

Storage for Apple Watch Bands - what do you do?

How do you store or keep you Apple Watch bands?

At the moment I just have them in a drawer but would like a nice case to keep them in, even better if they could be 'displayed' inside a holder or case, r even some kinds of wall mounted hanger or something.
