    Having issues with the fingerprint reader on my iPad. Have to always add a fingerprint to get it to work right but it stops after awhile. Anyone know what the issue could be?

    How do I connect headphone/mic with 3.5mm jack while charging?

    As the bluetooth spec does not have enough bandwidth for both mic and FULL quality sound, I want to use a 3.5mm audio jack.

    I also want to charge while I listen to audio - so the apple made dongle is not appropriate.

    I bought a USB C / audio dongle off amazon but it doesn't work.

    Looking at the more advanced dongles, they are not designed to "pass-through" the power for charging for an ipad, they are use to "multiply" the utility of a spare port on a laptop.

    (What I want sends power and microphone "down" into the ipad, and in the same cable, sends sound out)

    One adapter has an audio port and mentions "pass through", but (a) I am not sure what passthrough is referring to (b) its £130.

    I was thinking perhaps there is a USBC splitter?

    But then I got overwhelmed by all the unknowns and thought I would ask here :)

    Bent iPad corner, is it prone to cracking anytime soon?

    So I accidentally hit my iPad 2017 against a surface and AFAIK I didn't hit it THAT hard for it to cause much damage. I was however shocked to see one of the corners got bent.

    Yeah it still works and it doesn't look like it's much of a problem but what I'm worried is that if the bent corner will eventually get more pushed and the glass gets really lifted. I have tried to pull the aluminium back with my fingernail to prevent this from happening but it is pretty stiff and I could probably only get it to pull back a little bit.

    How likely is it that it is gonna be pushed more into the glass and is it possible to pull it back with a tool or something without opening the entire thing up? Can the aluminium be reshaped easily? After this incident I got a case that protects the sides to it prevents such thing from happening again but I'm worried that one day the iPad will eventually break. Hope someone can help me out thanks

    IPad pro as a drawing tablet for pc?

    Anyone know good apps that allow you to use your iPad pro as a drawing table and mirror your pc screen? I tried Team Viewer. Like the idea how it connects to illustrator but it is too laggy to use. Anyone know any better option?

    i want to connect my 2018 iPad Pro, usb c, to my 2012 MacBook Pro retina. i can't find a definitive answer on how to do this or which cable to get. i only want it for data backups, not power, but that wouldn't hurt. Which cable should i get?

    iPad Pro 11” static buzz when hot

    Been playing Prison Architect which has caused the iPad to heat up pretty hot and have noticed a static buzzing sound coming from behind the Apple logo. Kinda sounds like the processor is sizzling.

    Is the Brydge keyboard actually good ?

    Hey guys, I am holding off getting the smart folio keyboard for the new iPad Pro because I have heard good things about the Brydge keyboard. They are coming with newer models for the new iPad in January. Is it worth it for me to wait or should I just get the keyboard folio ?

    iPad Air home button stuck/won't press down on left side only, what could be the cause of this?

    I noticed a few days ago that my home button on my iPad Air felt off when I pressed it like it was hard to press on the left side of the button. The right side is working right now and the top and bottom seem to work as well so what would be causing the left side to not press down/become unresponsive?

    When plugging the Ipad into a 4k display, does it give you the ability to stream 4k movies off the itunes store? Or Netlix? Or will you only be able to stream 1080p content.

    Is AppleCare+ necessary to get with your new iPad Pro?

    I always hear everybody talk about how they bought Apple Care+ for their Apple products, so now I wonder whether it's really worth it. Personally, I do not believe that it is worth 135€ for 1 more year protection. (I am referring to that you only get 2 years and your Apple product always has a 1 year guarantee.)

    I am looking for a real rugged case to protect the Ipad mini but now thinking on getting the regular Ipad 9.7'' as the Ipad mini 4 is from 2015.

    I already tried the Urban Armor Gear Folio and the Griffin Survivor and they failed my 4yr old drop test, the ipad on both suffered from a cracked screen.

    I have the Otterbox Defender but I don't know if it would survive drops with the hard plastic tabs it have on the corners, I think it would transfer more energy to the Ipad screen.

    Is there a really well tested case out there that would survive some drops or throws from a 4yr old.

    Recording Screens on iPad Air 2 in 720p

    Hello!

    I am wondering if it's possible to record gameplay in 720p (16:9) on the iPad Air 2. I tried recording it on some like from AirServer but there are black bars on the sides and it only records in 4:3 ratios. Not sure if it's a software limitation but if anyone has some suggestions, that would be great.

    I have currently decided to buy the new 12,9 inch iPad Pro, and will mostly use it for note taking and other college-related activities. As I already own a Macbook Pro: Do I need the Smart Keyboard, or a keyboard at all? And if so, would you go for the Smart Keyboard or a cheaper alternative?
