In Safari, is there anyway to revert the tab bar back to a drop-down list as in previous versions?

    Posted: 02 Oct 2018 09:22 PM PDT

Prior to Safari 10 (i think), if you had a full tab bar you can select ones that aren't showing through a drop-down list (looked like ">>" and was on the right most tab). After safari 10, they changed it so that all the additional tabs are there and you scroll between them.

My question is, is there an extension or "hack" to make it go back to the old way of the drop-down list? I tend to keep a lottttt of open safari tabs and i find that as a better way to navigate between them all since i have so many open. They are just all shown so i can pick what one i want instead of scrolling through them and trying to find it

I just want to clarify. Did only the touchbar Macbook get the keyboard upgrade from last year?

I can't find a specific answer, but did all of the Macbook Pros on Apple.com/store the 2018 updated keyboard version. I want to get the lowest spec one (the 8gbRAM i5 156gb/no touchbar)

    Mojave question

    Posted: 02 Oct 2018 09:53 PM PDT

So, I've recently made the jump to Mojave from Mavericks as i've upgraded my mac's internal specs. Mavericks (Trackpad) settings had a fantastic option which never let me press down on my trackpad for anything. I used to use 3 fingers to move windows left/right, now I have to physically press down on my trackpad with 1 finger then move the window with the other 2 fingers. Could someone please help? Thank you.

Installed Windows 10 on External SSD...

    Posted: 02 Oct 2018 01:57 PM PDT

I installed Windows 10 on an external SSD. But now, if I disconnect the SSD and reboot, I get taken to a Clover EFI boot screen?
I have no idea how Clover got here, I know it's used for Hackintosh machines. If I hold down option, I'll can choose the Mac HD and boot normally.

I searched for Clover in Finder and trashed everything I found, but apparently there's more to it. What can I do? I have a 2017 15" MacBook Pro running Mojave.

Is it possible to upgrade the memory of my 2014 Macbook Pro?

    Posted: 02 Oct 2018 12:41 PM PDT

Is it possible to upgrade the memory of my 2014 Macbook Pro?

I bought it 4 years ago (it's a Mid-2014) and it has 128gb SSD. I ran out of space, so I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade it to 256 gb SSD? Would I have to use only Apple parts and would it have to be done at the Apple store? What would be the estimated price? As an alternative, I was considering just buying an external hard drive or high-storage USB

Is the MacBook powerful enough for just normal use and watching movies?

I mean MacBook 2017. Or should I switch to MacBook Pro? Because I really like the size of the MacBook!
