    Please use this thread to discuss whatever iOS games you've been playing lately. They don't have to be new games, they can be old games and they do not have to be iOS original titles!

    As long as it's an iOS game it belongs in here.     Is Templar Battleforce worth getting?

    My preferred games on the iOS platform includes but not limited to XCOM, FTL, Deathwatch, Block Fortress: War and warbits.

    These are the few games that I feel are similar to Templar Battleforce.

    Started playing Ticket to ride!

    Picked this up after reading on this sub that it's on offer at the moment. Picked it up because I felt like playing a board game on IOS and I'm absolutely loving it (have never played the IRL board game bearing in mind!) After playing and starting to understand it more all the family gathered around me and the iPad telling me what I should do this turn. Only played single player so far, CPU seem to play well enough. If your a board game fan now is the best time to give it a try!

    And if anyone has any tips feel free to drop them below!

    Been LOVING dominations, just with all the long wait times for some things it has some downtime although I love that the resource to instant complete is very easy to get for free.

    I've tried clash of clans and God's of Olympus and they were alright but didn't feel as complete and detailed as dominations.

    Problem with Shadowgun Legends

    So a few weeks ago, I downloaded Shadowgun Legends because it was compatible with mFi controllers. I currently have a Mad Catz C.T.R.L.i controller (which is unfortunate b/c they went out of business, but it still works flawless on all games). For a couple of weeks, the controller was working perfectly with Shadowgun. However, for some odd reason, as of this past week the ABXY buttons are no longer registering to the game. If I want to select something, I have to hover over it and press pause. This obviously means that the game is near unplayable with a controller, as I can't select things at all (unless pressing pause), can't switch weapons, etc.. I'm not sure what could have possibly happened recently to make my controller not register properly. I've tried remapping the buttons, but it still doesn't work. I've also tried refreshing all the settings, even as far as deleting and redownloading the game itself.

    I know for a fact that it's not the controller's fault, as I am able to play Ark: Survival on mobile perfectly with the same controller. I've looked this up and a couple of people are having similar issues with both the same and different controllers. So does anyone know what's going on with Shadowgun recently to cause this to happen? Anyone else experiencing the same problem? It just sucks because I love playing this game with the controller, and now I'm bummed.

    VR gaming on iOS

    Is anyone into this? Does anyone have advice for apps or hardware?

    I have a couple sets of goggles from various Christmas gifts for my kids. They are very comfortable, but I'm having trouble finding compatible apps. Many of the apps require some kind of input, but my phone is encased in the goggles.

    It's very frustrating because it seems there's potential but at the moment I can't get anything going.

    Notes:

    There's a Justice League VR app and a roller coaster app that allow you to play without any input. You essentially progress in-game by keeping a target reticle focused on your target.

    I've tried a few dinosaur apps that allow you to search for/hunt dinos but they are looking for a press of your finger to initiate walking or shooting. I'm unable to do so while wearing the goggles.

    Any free game which can train your brain?

    I feel like my brain started to 'rot' from not learning for 7 months, I have graduated from high school since then, now waiting for college admissions. I wonder are there any free puzzle or something which can train my brain game? Anything is fine. Appreciate it!

    Blustone - amazing idle rpg/gacha

    I love this game. Great character design music animation anime vibe. Sense of humor etc. amazed the reddit for this isn't more active??? Is it because it isn't an existing IP like dragon ball? This game is really good I think.
