    Did apple remove the cellular download limit with iOS 11.3?

    So I don't know if this is just a bug on my phone, or if Apple finally did away with this restriction, but I was just able to download a 450mb app over cellular.

    I did a search for this and didn't find anything. Just wondering if anyone else is able to do this or if I have some sort of bug that's bypassing the restriction?

    Streaming problem on iOS 11: video rewinded few seconds back multiple times

    iPhone 7 on 11.2.6 here. I noticed a problem quite a long time ago and surprised that this problem doesn't get enough attention.

    When I stream a video, often times the video rewinded back 3-15 seconds for about 2-3 times while the slider acts like it's not experiencing any rewind. When this happens, the video might end before the "true" end of the video, or it might fast-forwards magically at some later time. This would cause a massive inconvenience to the users.

    Upon my investigation, this problem is not unique to the browser. However, all the rewinds I experienced is when the video was wathed using the iOS video player, while players from an app, like Youtube, don't encounter this problem. I think I first encountered this when iOS 11 was newly introduced. It is pretty way back though.

    Fortunately, I caught the moment when the video rewinded too. I screen-captured some moments at Ultra Music Festival 2018 livestream and got some that rewinded 3-5 seconds back. But unfortunately, I don't know if I can upload it though due to copyright.

    Finally, upon searching, I found this Apple Discussions thread that gives some more insight on this problem. Still hasn't been fixed though. Weird that this is the only thread I can find about these issues, but the fact that it's 8 pages long suggests that many have experienced this.

    EDIT: generally, everything about streaming videos is wacky after iOS 11 launch. There are other problems related to streaming, such as video stop to black screen and not streaming anymore, video buffered but don't want to play but sliding to any second would give you the exact frame, and others. Come on, Apple.

    Is it usual for an app to keep sending you notifications while offloaded?

    To be specific, I have offloaded the reddit app but I am still receiving notifications. I can simply disable them or log out but is it still normal to see them while offloaded?

    I need help with my iPhone 8

    So my iPhone 8 has been acting up I'm on latest iOS and my iPhone will randomly force restart crash and not turn on sometimes and I checked battery. After that started it go super slow to where I can barely use safari or watch a video at all using YouTube app. Also my home button has completely stopped working and I have force reboot full shutdown, reset all settings closed apps made extra room got 42gbs available and I have turned stuff that may slow phone down. This is my second iPhone 8 as haptic motor on last one got wack and I had to get a new phone from Apple under there policy.

    Music Widget Bug on iOS 11.3

    Hi r/iOS, since updating my iPhone X to iOS 11.3 the music widget bug is back for me. The Widget shows the wrong song playing and the slide doesn't even move a second. I never had this kind of issues on iOS 11.2.5/6. Does anyone else encountered this bug or am I the only one?

    I once opened youtube on safari as the desktop version and since then, everywhere where there is youtube link, it opens as the desktop version and therefore I can’t see the videos in fullscreen

    Hello, how can I get my iPhone from public iOS beta (iOS 11.4 public beta 1) to 11.3 without restoring to 11.3? Can I just connect iPhone to PC and select 11.3 ipsw file with holding down shift button and clicking on update? Thank you.

    My music turns itself down without me touching it

    This only seems to happen when I'm walking if I'm sitting or standing still it's fine. Also this happens if I have the phone in my pocket or in my hand. And I know the button isn't getting stuck does anyone know how to fix this.

    Podcasts keep getting deleted

    This just recently happened. I had a bunch of podcasts in my lilbrary. I had downloaded specific episodes. Now they are gone. "It's going to be a pain to find the ones I had downloaded" I thought. I resubscribed to one of them. Got a few episodes downloaded. But those are gone now too. Library is empty.

    TL;DR: My podcasts keep disappearing. I have enough space tho.
