    In the latest episode of Coolstar Drama; It seems the drama didn't end after yesterday's threat to block piracy repo's (which opposes the whole reason to jailbreak, to have your device un limited)

    Today coolstar tweeted he would delete all tweets related to jailbreaking, and it seems he did.

    His first tweet is from 2016 now.

    It is not known if this is just for a few days again or if he actually stops this now.

    [Release] SmartLPM - A smarter low power mode

    This allows you to automatically turn on low power mode while your device is locked. Once you unlock it turns off low power mode. You can also set a battery level to automatically turn on low power mode.

    Low power will also stay on while charging when the device is locked to facilitate faster charging. I have tested this on my iPhone X on 11.1.2 and need results from other devices and iOS versions. It should work for 9.3+ but I do not have anything to test on.

    Confirmed working on iOS 10

    This is my second tweak and I need feedback. So please post results

    [Update] tweakCompatible - Mods needed

    Hey guys,

    I added the an option to tweakCompatible that allows users to add the repo directly from the package info page. Screenshot

    Currently the tweakCompatible website has over 600 tweaks reviewed for electra, but now I need help. The website is totally automated, but some things I can't automate, and I'm looking for moderators who understand json and github.

    The moderator role would include adding pirate repos to bans.json, and adding repository urls this json file. There may be other jobs later on, but thats all right now. If you are interested let me know. I'm only looking for a couple mods to start with, and if you have moderator experience elsewhere, it's a plus.

    [tip] the tweak “system info” lets you save blobs from your device! Swipe to the side on your ECID and the option comes up to save blobs! It works on iOS 11 and is on bigboss.

    [REQUEST] Can someone make a tweak that replaces the camera button on lockscreen of IPX to a passcode button? This would make it where you could go straight to the passcode screen without waiting on FaceID to fail. (You could still access the camera by swiping left)

    [DISCUSSION] Don't use CoolBooter's Data Protection fix right now. It screws up the boot process, requiring a restore

    So a few hours ago I was wondering why I couldn't boot after installing CoolBooter on my iPod 5.

    After a restore to iOS 9.3.5 (bye untethered iOS 9 jailbreak), I installed CoolBooter once again and tried to reboot to iOS 6.

    The verbose screen appeared and gave a few comments near the end about CB finishing the installation, and that it would reboot in 5 seconds.

    The iOS 9 Apple logo appeared for about 20 seconds before shutting off. It didn't reboot, it just shut down. Powering back on did not work, nor plugging it in, neither entering and then exiting DFU. This is the same thing that happened to me before. It seems like CB's DP fix is somehow corrupting the partitions in the process, or doing some serious fuckery in the boot process to cause it to fail so early on.

    The only fix was to restore to the latest iOS version (9.3.5) in iTunes. Updating did not work and gave error 27.

    For now, if you're on an iOS version that you care about keeping intact (such as iOS 9 on an iPhone 5) I wouldn't use CoolBooter's DP fix.

    EDIT: Just tried a third time, to see if it was a coincidence, but in fact it caused a bootloop again.

    Is there anything at all I can do to stop this. It will be almost impossible for me to go to stock iOS and I need a way to fix this. This is not a complaint to CoolStar. He has done so much. Any help is great. Flame won't let me share my tweaks.
