Is there a way to get more notifications about watch battery level? Posted: 14 Feb 2018 03:20 AM PST Right now the only time I get a notification about the watch battery level it's when it hits 10% and wants to go to power reserve mode. I'd like to get notifications earlier than that, like every 10-20% down from a full charge. Is there any setting or app that would allow me to do that? [link] [comments]
Anyone else ditch Google when they got their Apple Watch? Posted: 14 Feb 2018 06:33 AM PST Prior to getting my watch I was all Google. Gmail, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Photos, etc...all worked well on my phone. But now that I have the watch everything is changing. No Gmail app. The native mail app works great on the watch, but no push notifications for Gmail. No Google maps on the watch and Apple maps gives you the cool turn by turn notifications. No Google Calendar on the watch. So, I have started thinking...is it time to just de-Google. Switch to an outlook.com account that allows me to use the native mail app fully? Start using Apple Maps so I get the full features of my phone. Anyone else make a decision like this because of their watch? [link] [comments]

Alarm muting overnight. Any ideas? Posted: 14 Feb 2018 05:52 AM PST Like a lot of you, I wear my Watch to bed as my haptic alarm. However, I've run into an issue multiple times that I end up missing my alarm due to accidentally covering the screen which mutes the alarm but still has it actively showing on the display. How do you folks work around that issue? I'm at my wit's end. I don't want to set my iPhone as an alarm because it'll wake the wifey up. EDIT: I have a Series 1. [link] [comments]

Posted: 13 Feb 2018 09:12 AM PST I'm a very active person to begin with. I hit the gym 6 days a week, make sure my macros are on point, weigh my food, and hit my step goals daily. Now I need to close these stupid rings too. Damn you Apple Watch, I'm going to become the pinnacle of fitness because of you. Crap, time to stand ;) [link] [comments]

Posted: 14 Feb 2018 08:06 AM PST Will I damage my watch or it's charging puck if I use a iPhone charger or the more powerful iPad charger to charge my watch. Thank you for any advice given. [link] [comments]
Buy a S3 now...or wait for S4? Posted: 14 Feb 2018 08:06 AM PST I've been following the AW since its beginning with the S0. Never pulled the trigger on one since I really found no need for it. Anything the Watch can do...so can my iPhone right? Well...I think I'm finally ready to give in. With the speed upgrades and GPS support of the S3, I think I can get some use out of it. Would love to be able to go on a run without carrying my iPhone 8 Plus with me and I like the idea of having notifications pop up on my wrist without my phone being close by. Among its other useful features. Leaning towards a Nike S3 (non-LTE) but are there any developments with the upcoming Series 4 that I would wait for? Would hate to drop $350 on a watch...only to have something significantly better come out a few months down the road. [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 Feb 2018 07:51 AM PST Hi everyone. I've had an Apple Watch that got pretty scratched up. I'm getting a new one with AppleCare this week. Do you have any suggestions on screen protectors and/or full watch protection? [link] [comments]

New Exercise Record achievement not working Posted: 14 Feb 2018 06:56 AM PST I've had my AppleWatch for about 6 weeks now. The New Exercise Record achievement still says my personal best is 0 minutes a day. The text of the achievement says "Earn this award when you set a record for most Exercise minutes in a day after your first 10 days." In my first 10 days my best exercise day was 68 minutes. Since then I've had a 70 minute day. Has anyone else had this glitch? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks! [link] [comments]
Apple watch no longer clears messages from iPhone. Posted: 13 Feb 2018 06:13 PM PST Anyone else having an issue with this? About 2 days ago my watch stopped clearing messages that I've read on my watch from my iPhone. So basically I read and reply to a message and it still shows on the lock screen of my iPhone, in the messages app as new message for that conversation, and the app icon has the badge still. Kind of annoying to have to basically read my messages twice. Not to mention I'll grab my phone and it looks like I have a ton of messages I haven't read until I realize they are all just old messages. Tried searching but couldn't really find anything. Wondering if anyone has a fix or if they have experienced the same thing. [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 Feb 2018 05:42 AM PST What are the most comfortable and easy bands to wear for daily use? Doesn't have to be stylish. Just something that's comfortable when you sleep, shower, work, just purely for comfort. I was thinking maybe the sport woven band but I read that it holds water for a very long time.
