    One day my dad's iPhone 7 Plus just broke according to him. It will not power on, charge, and the volume down power button does not do anything. It has been taken to a repair shop and they said nothing could be done.

    A few days later this also happened with my mom's iPhone 7 Plus.

    They are out of warranty, and are still on contract with T-Mobile.

    I was told by my dad that apparently they were both low on power or something and just shut off and never charged.

    I thought it could be a problem with the battery but the repair shop said otherwise, I could order a battery and try to replace it to see if that would do anything but I don't if it would make a difference.

    Does anyone have any explanation about what happened and what could be done to fix it?

    iPhone X screenshot preview help

    Taking a screenshot no longer gives me the preview of the screenshot on bottom left corner of the phone anymore.

    Did I accidentally do something to disable it (though I'm quite sure this feature can't be disabled)?

    Iphone 7 wont charge, but recognizes headphones

    My phone fell in the snow for a little, and now I just realized that it wont charge. I plugged in the headphones and it detected it- is it just the charger? or is it the phone? I thought the charger seemed fine so...

    My iPhone start's to do random things by himself!!

    • So it's a iPhone 6 Plus
    • And the issue it's that my phone start's to do random things,for example i am navigating on google or something else and he goes out of google and he goes to instagram,open's a random profile and then start's following a random dude and then liking one of his photos.Or he opens a app,exit's the app,opens a app and again and again,it's super annoying.
    • This problem started to happen a month ago
    • I tried that thing when you press the home and side buttons simultaneously to like reset the phone.But for example,there is times that i am doing my stuff on my phone (when that issue it's not present),and if start's to freak out,i slam the phone a little on the ground and it work's...but not for to long
    • Didn't have any previous repairs
    • Well i thing the phone didn't have a fatal drop or anything like the unusual I hope you can help me :)

    iPhone 4s cellular data won't work

    The cellular data on my iPhone 4s stopped working today, which is an issue. My cellular data is faster than my wifi connection, and I usually browse the web/stream videos over the 4g connection. The phone is on iOS 9.2.1 and using AT&T. Please help if you can.

    Pop up ads virus/bug

    Recently I have had a problem with pop-up ads in safari. For example, when I search something up, then click on the link and go to the web page or if I click a link on that page, it will navigate me to a pop-up ad on that page and going back doesn't work. I have to delete that tab and search up whatever it was I was searching again. It didn't used to happen this frequently. Only on fishy websites. But now it is happening on websites that are completely safe, which leads me to think I have a virus or something. Does anyone know what this problem is and how to delete the virus from my phone?

    Phone only turns on if there is pressure on the screen

    Hi so recently I went to apple to have my iphone 7 battery replaced. They said the issue is bigger than the battery wanted me to replace whole phone for $469 after their diagnosis when they took it into the back.

    So now the problem is that there has to be pressure applied to the screen in order for the phone to boot out of its boot loop. If there is no pressure, it gets stuck in a boot loop. Not sure what to do now. Pressure needs to be applied to the middle of the screen if not the four corners.

    My iphone 6s crashes when i take picture with selfie flash

    Yeah so i have iphone 6s and when i take photo with selfie flash my phone crashes. No matter if i take it on snapchat or iphones own camera. When phone is crashed i must press volume up+power+home button to get it back on. I need help!!

    iphone Keeps asking to share my wifi password, Just started to do this an hour ago, no update, at 11.2.4 still and it happens every few minutes now.

    I created a 40 minute 4k film in iMovie. After saving the film to my camera roll, I attempted to copy it from the DCIM folder to my pc but it's not there. Is it because the file may be too large? (I don't know exactly how large the file is)

    Hey guys/girls. Recently my IPhone has been doing something really strange. Every time I go to type the word "it" the phone always autocorrects the world to "I.T." This is really annoying, and this is happening to my girlfriends phone as well. We both have the IPhone6S if that matters. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks

    Found some suspicious programs in my cellular settings, need help identifying and possibly removing

    iPhone 8 Plus 256gb, at&t, about 3-4ish months old

    I was looking in my cellular settings and found two programs I did not recognize. they are "BusinessExtensionsWrapper" and "Draw One" (see linked screenshots).

    -are these malicious?

    -if yes, how can I remove them, I can't find them in the app list in storage

    iCloud Lock

    I found my old iPhone 5c that I had a long time ago since I have a new phone now. I went to turn it on and forgot that I used a junk email and password I threw together and now I'm stuck since I don't remember either of the information I have used.

    Just curious if theres some way I could bypass it or unlock it somehow. I don't need anything on the device still.
