    [Request] [Suggestion] Coolstar should just make the Electra app have a list of apps enabled by default and allow you to select the ones to turn off the sandbox patch for.

    That way you can do this before the jailbreak so it'll only apply the patch for the apps it's enabled for.

    [Discussion] If Coolstar named the “bootstrap” folder to something else, or someone would make a tweak to his the bootstrap folder from apps, 95% (maybe 100%) of jailbreak detections wouldn’t work.

    I've tested most of the apps that are in this thread (including apps that didn't work on all Electra betas): https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/7tkavf/discussionupcoming_give_me_the_names_of_apps_with/

    Renaming the bootstrap folder to something else (it's a hassle as you can break your jailbreak by doing this) had them work perfectly. If Coolstar named that folder something else, we wouldn't have that problem for awhile anyways.

    Better yet though, would be a tweak that hides all apps from seeing that folder. I know Riley Angus (creator of Liberty) said that Liberty should work once Substrate is released, but for the time being, it would be nice to have a tweak that hid the bootstrap folder. I'm trying to do research on this to make one, but I don't have really any experience with this stuff so most likely I won't.

    [Request] Tweak to have sort of a “double right click” of 3D Touch

    I'm looking for a tweak that when you 3D Touch on a folder and it brings the apps out, you could 3D touch on one of the labels to bring up the respective 3D Touch menu of the said app.

    Pikabu Lite (Pikabu beta 6) is the latest release of Pikabu. Beside fixing most of the known bugs, this version of pikabu introduces user customization. Pikabu lite provides user with basic customization of pikabu. New features includes:

    • Tap pikabu to switch between colors easily

    • Tap and drag pikabu to control volume(full version)

    Full version of Pikabu will give you options to set pikabu's position, behaviour, and appearence with up to 20 different colors for you to choose from, over 400 different combination of colors. You can check out some of my personal favourites here

    Installation guide:

    • Extract the zip folder downloaded

    • open "Library" folder in "bootstrap" folder in the folder extracted

    • place the files into the respective folders by using tools like cyberduck

    • Respring

    [Question] Help! Rebooted and lost my jailbreak whilst on a trip. Any way to re-jailbreak (Yalu) without Impactor/a computer??

    Pretty sure I already know the answer to this, sadly....but I'm on the road without my laptop (only took my iPad!) and something on my iPhone 6S (iOS 10.2, jailbroken with Yalu) crashed and caused a reboot, losing my jailbreak. I did have Cydia Extender installed but i must not have set it up right because it annoyingly failed to re-sign Yalu so I can't launch it anymore....

    Is there any way I can re-install Yalu from a website or similar to re-jailbreak without a computer??

    [Tutorial] How to find a (free) .deb from a (GitHub) repo!

    Hey there guys!

    If you're ever looking for a deb, best chance is to usually go on https://cydiaupdates.com or https://s0n1c.org/cydia to try and find it.

    But what if that doesn't work?

    I'm here today to teach you how to (hopefully) (manually) find a .deb file. I'll be using SpringPlus as an example.

    In u/Rishanan's release post (https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/5uwzpz/release_springplus_v10_remove_annoyance_system/), you can see that he linked a repo: https://rishanan.github.io

    We don't have Cydia, however.

    9 times out of 10, their github.io page is a public repo where the files are hosted. If you don't see the repo in the first page, try searching for their username or .io

    After that, the process is really simple. In this case, the debs that are hosted are in a folder: debs. They could be named pkgs, packages, etc.

    Now just find the most recently updated tweak .deb, and install it!

    I know there are tweaks that let you double tap the screen to wake but that probably has a lot of battery consumption. Is there any way we can do this with the touchID sensor? I already know that when the screen dims after a few seconds of inactivity, the touchID sensor will wake it up if you touch it but I'm not sure if that will help.

    I will make a iPA that whitelists these from the sandbox bypass. I will release the iPA and source, and also update it when a new update gets released for Electra

    EDIT: Me and stek29 have talked. There is currently no way to implement this. I'll keep you updated here
