I am using Gmail. Apple mail cannot differentiate between the Gmail tabs, and is wanting to download all 20K+ emails, whereas only 1K is from genuine people and the rest is promotional or ads... Please advise.

I have an older MacBook Pro (2013) that fell off my bed and broke like 3 years ago. It won't turn on or anything and I have kept it since. Wondering if I can go somewhere and get my pictures taken off of the hard drive?

Is my SSD faulty?

I have a mid 2014 13" retina that developed a problem where it wont turn on for ages or just shows me no entry/flashing question mark ie no operating system. I brought it to apple shop and he cleared a lot of space claiming it might be the problem and also i should upgrade to high sierra, less so as a means to cure the fault. (I hadn't as i was waiting for go ahead from 3rd party plugins) . He also warned the SSD might be faulty even though diagnostics showed nothing.

Its working better now in that it turns on but only after various combinations of cmd+R and several reboots. But once its on it works fine. Should I risk it and replace SSD? I don't want to pay for replacement only to discover its a board fault, which I will in no way be able to pay for so it'll go on ebay. Also can anyone recommend a 3rd party replacement as Apples quote of £300 fitted isn't really an option!

What's the best/most cost effective place to buy a 2015 MacBook Pro? I'd be happy enough to go refurbished, saw one on apple refurbished a couple of months ago but haven't seen once since, any advice?

I am looking at buying a Macbook Pro soon, and was wondering if their storage is upgrade-able at all. I am a music producer, so I would want to be able to store lots of sounds on my laptop.

Choosing between MacBook for Student

Hello everybody!

Currently I am studying business and computer science. I now have a Surface Pro 4 but windows isn't for me, so I decided to buy a MacBook. In my Education I am and will programming some programs/apps (and a little bit of my own creations) and the business part in my education isn't the problem for choosing a MacBook. So I will learn JavaScript, c and c++ and have learned python. So which MacBook should I choose with which configurations? (Portability is also to consider) Thanks!!
