    Just got a 10.5" iPad Pro with the smart keyboard and pencil and am currently in the process of installing a bunch of productivity apps but can't decide on which note-taking app is better. General Pros and Cons and overall experiences would be greatly appreciated.

    For what it's worth I'm a university student studying Political Science and Psychology. I currently add typed notes next to slides but would like the option to write next to them. I also have many meetings and would prefer good PDF annotation ability.

    Counterfeit Apple Pencil?

    Hi I'm looking to pick up an Apple Pencil but struggling on two counts 1) lack of availability in my local stores and 2) the price of available devices seems to have been increased to £99 when it was £79 a few months ago

    On eBay there are a LOT of pencils - sellers claim they are as new from a wholesaler, without box, spare nib or adapter. The cost isn't too low, around £50 but it just screams out knock-off.

    Does anybody have any experience / knowledge / advice on the topic?

    Can i turn an iPad 1 into a second screen for my MacBook Pro?

    I have my ipad 1 just sitting around. I can use it for anything nowadays because nothing will run on the older generation OS. I was wondering to myself today if i could somehow turn the iPad into a cheap second monitor to compliment my Macbook Pro. Thoughts? Thanks community!

    Is there an iPad pro note taking app that allows notes to be saved into folders/subfolders?

    So I take notes on a lot of different subjects. Instead of having one big notepad of lets say Economics, I'd like to have a folder called Economics and then 2 subfolders inside called Macro and Micro and subfolders inside each of those two.

    Or if not folders, some sort of organizational structure that will allow me to do that.

    Does this exist?

    Apps that can be used between iPad and PC?

    Hello, I recently bought an iPad mini. Although I'm not an Apple person, there are no good Android tablets, and Apple does a really good job on the whole tablet spectrum. Anyways, I was wondering if there are any apps I could use my iPad and my PC with? For example, a photoshop app where i can draw on my ipad and it show up on my pc? It doesn't have to be anything drawing specific, just wanna see what this thing can do.

    How’s your naked ipad/iPad Pro doing?

    Do you have back cover or tempered glass/screen protector on? Any scratches or damage so far?

    Curious to see how durable these tablets are. I have my iPad Pro fully protected for about 5 months and don't think I will ever drop it. This thing is so beautiful naked and I wonder if i can afford to use it that way. My biggest concern is getting scratches, both on the screen and on the casing. Share your experience!

    Trouble connecting to cpl network

    Hello,

    I have a WiFi network using cpl connectors. Cpl are well configured since my computer, smartphone connect well to the WiFi and have decent speed.

    However, somehow, the iPad seems to connect to the WiFi signal sent by the router rather than the cpl. I assume this based on speed tests performed away and near the WiFi. Speed gets way way better when close to the WiFi.

    Again, the cpl is well configured and mimic the network so I have only one ssid... So it is not a matter of choosing the network generated by the cpl since he is unique.

    Any idea how to fix this? This seems like a major flaw in the iPad hardware / OS. I already tried solutions like resetting network settings,...

    Blurry image previews on iPad google images

    Basically title. Images on google images through safari are hideously blurry, in the preview from the search results section, but viewing the full image is fine. I used to be able to scroll through the results and see photos in a decent resolution without opening a new tab or viewing the full file. Anyone else having the same problem?

    We've added a lot of villagers & buildings & finally made the buildings workable. So you can set your villagers in buildings and wait for them to do their action (fish, grow plants, dig, collect water etc..)

    email client with signature?

    hello everyone, i'm new here, i'm about to buy an ipad pro 9.7" with pencil and keyboard for a great price so i was wondering: - what's the best email client with signature support? also if it doesn't have any sync or notifications issues it would be perfect, emails are essential to me since i use it to talk to my clients.

    looking for an indestructible iPad Air 2 case

    I had the Otterbox Defender for my iPad mini and my mini still ended up bending and distorting the screen (I'm hard on my devices- use them in the kitchen, work, school, everywhere). Is there anything stronger?

    Any good handwriting to ‘typed’ text apps?

    My work is transitioning from a paper to electronic record- kinda haphazardly. While I'm not a particularly slow typist, I really really slow down when typing because I get pretty obsessive about composing my notes. Also, I'm constantly on the move, and it's not conducive to keep running back and forth to a pc or even a laptop because you have to put it down somewhere.

    I'm thinking about upgrading to tho I pad pro and pencil. I am looking for an app that will convert handwriting to 'typed' text- like for a notepad or word file. My hope would be to jot down my notes throughout the day , then sit down at the end of the day with a text or word file and copypasta the relevant bits into the new electronic forms .

    How do you guys get electronic books on your iPad? Would you recommend iBooks? I usually like to read with a physical book so if I was doing Electronic, I'd try to get it for a free download. Or do you recommend I just suck it up and pay for books on iBooks?

    Locked out

    Hello! My husband locked himself out of his iPad and can't get any combination of emails and passwords to work. Apple can't seem to help unless he can remember the Apple id. Any suggestions on things to try?

    Save YouTube videos for offline viewing

    Is this a shady deal?

    There is a guy selling an iPad Pro 10.5 WiFi + Cellular and he is charging $300 for it. He said I "needed to know some things before we went further with talking" and then he said this:

    "We stop paying with sprint, and so we tried to return it back to them but they won't take it back, so you won't be able to use it with any carrier unless you unlock it, but it's not iCloud locked I guarantee you that , we only use it with wifi ... so you let me know what you think."

    Is this too good to be true? Would other complications come from this? I only want WiFi anyway. I never even intended to use cellular data.

    Question about app layouts in portrait vs landscape

    Am I missing something? When in portrait orientation, default apps like Files and Mail will not arrange the browse/view panes side by side, but instead the Browse or Mailbox pane on the left overlays the view pane. If I turn the iPad to landscape, the panes rearrange side by side. Is this by design? I've certainly tried every gesture and setting I can think of and cannot change it.
