iPhone X optimized games dropping frames? Posted: 08 Dec 2017 07:12 AM PST Anyone else with an iPhone X experiencing this? Games like Super Mario Run, INKS, Steppy Pants, Space Marshall 2 will random drop the frame rate in half for about 20 seconds and go back up to 60 FPS. The strange thing is, this doesn't happen on non optimized games at all. [link] [comments]
Are there any 3rd party apps out there, non-jailbreak that don`t get revoked? Posted: 08 Dec 2017 08:06 AM PST I still have my trusty old iPhone 5c and the gaming is getting limited. So i [link] [comments]
[Question] Turn Based Grid Games Posted: 07 Dec 2017 04:48 PM PST Games in the same vain as Fire Emblem. Haven't had much luck finding any lately. Fire Emblem Heroes being the only one really. [link] [comments]
Both "Apollo Justice" and "Spirit of Justice" of the Ace Attorney series are now free to play Posted: 08 Dec 2017 07:18 AM PST https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apollo-justice-ace-attorney/id1136993233?mt=8 https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/phoenix-wright-ace-attorney-spirit-of-justice/id1248661960?mt=8 This is news, but kinda not really. The trilogy and "Dual Destinies" had the first episode free with paid DLC, but for some reason for AJ and SOJ they charged 99 cents for half an episode with the paid DLC. so this is just AJ/SOJ using the same model as before. Modern Combat 5 - Gamepad connecting but not controlling Posted: 08 Dec 2017 12:58 AM PST The gamepad says it connects, however I can't actually play the game with it. The pad I'm using is the Steelseries Nimbus. Thanks! [link] [comments]

Best time-based building/collecting/upgrading/battling game? (F2P/micro-transactions okay) Posted: 07 Dec 2017 12:19 PM PST I am looking for games that have the controversial timer-based model for upgrading, collecting, building, etc. I like these types of games because there are a limited amount of things I can do in the game at a time, and then I have to wait. It gives me a good burst of gaming, then I go back to working and doing other things with my day. I am fine with spending money here and there (reasonable amounts) if the game is engrossing enough. I am also looking for asynchronous gameplay, so nothing like CoC or Clash Royale which you have to pay real-time attention to (usually I play at work so I need to be able to put the game away if something comes up). Right now I am playing SimCity Build It and Forge of Empires. Both those games have what I am looking for, but both are lacking in actual engrossing gameplay after a while. Does anyone have suggestions for good games with this model? [link] [comments]
