    Anyone elses watch have a hard time tracking sharp increases in HR? When I Sprint on the treadmill my watch just stays this way... Notice the grayed out HR.

    Hi,

    i am connecting a polar H7 to my apple watch series 3. What i am looking for (especially during workouts) is an indicator telling me which HRM is being used for the current workout. Sometimes i look at the health data after a workout and see a watch icon next to my HR data, despite having worn a polar H7 and it showed as connected in the bluetooth settings of the watch. Am i blind or is this not offered, not even in strava?

    Watch Choice Conundrum

    I'll hopefully be getting an Apple Watch for Christmas and wanted to get the LTE version because I would love the freedom of not carrying my phone around. Due to having an EPP share plan on my phone (Telus through work), they aren't supporting those plans at the present time and talking to technical support they didn't indicate when it might happen -- Bell does support these plans so there is hope...sort of.

    Anyways my question is should I just go ahead and get the LTE version and wait for Telus include EPP share plans for the LTE version or go GPS.

    Apple Watch randomly went black...?

    So I was wearing the watch last night and it literally randomly went black. So I was thinking it probably needs charged, so I did that and now here I am. The charger was working because the watch is a bit warm asusually is after a charge. Anyway I'm not sure what to do as I've had this watch for not even 3 months and I got it off of eBay factory sealed brand new. I've tried to reset it and that doesn't work either so someone help please! Thanks in advance

    Trouble deciding which color to get

    I'm having trouble deciding which color Apple Watch to get. I'm stuck between the black and the gold. I'm a female in my twenties so I'm leaning towards the gold with pink band but think the black might match with more things. Anyone been through a similar inner debate? Thoughts?

    S3 gone from 100% to flat in 3 hours

    Not sure what has happened this morning but my watch was on charge last night, removed this morning with 100% battery and in 3 hours without being used it is now on 4% Any ideas?

    Going to the Caribbean - bring watch or not?

    Hey...I'm going to the Caribbean soon for a week's stay and debating whether I should bring my silver aluminum S3 LTE with me.

    I spend most of my time in the ocean whenever I'm down south swimming, body surfing, snorkeling, etc...I would take if off for scuba diving.

    For those who have done the same (or spend a lot of time at the beach), I had a few questions:

    • How's your watch holding up after prolonged exposure to salt water? Do you find it gets a bit gritty and and possibly scratched?

    • Does rinsing your watch off remove all the ocean grit or do you find the screen not as smooth after spending time in the water?

    • Do you wash off your watch with clean water after going in the ocean? If yes, do you do it every time you come out or just at the end of the day?

    • I'm a bit concerned about losing it in the water...I would make sure to only wear the official band it came with...how strong are they & do they hold up under conditions like body surfing/wave crashing? Any worry about it coming loose?

    I have Apple Care so not concerned if the watch gets damaged, but if I lose it in the ocean AC won't be of much use.

    And finally, not really a question but another concern is mainly ego-based...since I got my watch, I've hit my goals every day...it would suck to break the streak while on vacation but I could live with it if it saves my watch a lot of wear & tear or potential of losing it....how much importance do you place on streaks?

    What are some good apps for the Apple Watch?

    I'm talking like £250(GBP)upwards, seen some for $500(USD) which is still around the £400 mark. Considering these watches retail for £1249+ I wasn't sure if this was due to an issue with the models or just an unexpected amount of people wanting to overload them as quick as possible... looking to buy one for a friend 👀

    Obviously it may just be like it all year round and there isn't a problem with them but I thought you guys and gals were the best ones to ask!

    Do you get your Apple Watch wet?

    To those of you who shower or get your Apple Watch wet regularly how is it holding up? Have you had any problems with it? I recently purchased a series 3 with the Milanese strap and just wondered if it's okay to shower with or if it would be okay to get it wet while washing my car for example. Do you guys have any does and don't with your watch?

    Customizable tones

    Am I missing anything here, no way to change the tone on the watch? Would love to change it to match my phone's. I mean what's the point of having a phone text tone when you can't even hear it if you're always wearing the watch. I don't really care for the default tone it comes with for the watch. ಥ_ಥ

    Watch Band Idea!

    I was thinking Apple (or a third party company) should make a Nike pride band this year. One where each row of the holes is colored in rainbow order, and the rest of the band is black or white. I know a lot of people swear by the Nike sport bands, and this would be a great way to make the pride band more versatile. Just a thought in case anyone has a way of making this happen!
