    Welcome to our weekly stickied App thread! This is a new idea so please feel free to offer your feedback about this thread or the subreddit in general in the comments. As usual if you have a serious issue with the subreddit please contact the moderators directly.

    This thread is intended to help members of the /r/iphone community get informed about new apps that are out there. App developers may also use this thread to make users aware that their new app exists.

    Please sort comments by 'new' to find questions/information that would otherwise be buried.

    In this thread you can ask any iOS app related question that you may have. Anyone may offer advice on any issue.

    Two examples of potential questions could be; "How do I learn to code an app?", or "How is app pricing determined?"

    Developers, please include as much information about your app as possible, including size, price, release info, and anything else people request.

    Finally, please stick to reddiquette and keep your comments on topic and substantive. Thanks for participating.

    Refreshed the damn app for 2 minutes, I thought was going to miss it... But DAMN. That was the quickest I've ever spent 2000$ (CAD) in my life. Delivers Nov 3, I can finally stop worrying when I'll get it. Post your stories here if you have any! I wonder how quick they'll sell out.

    EDIT: Just wanted to say, got my confirmation email at 3:03am EDT, and checked again at 3:06am EDT and it was saying 2-3 Weeks shipping estimate.

    EDIT 2: I ordered the space grey 256gb with apple care.

    The iPhone X page says the ringer is lowered and the screen stays on while your reading!

    In the Face ID more section, it says its so smart that it only works when you want it to, and then says "That means Face ID can also reveal notifications and messages, keep the screen lit when you're reading, or lower the volume of an alarm or ringer." So the days of looking at your phone and it dimming, or looking at it and the ringer being max volume are over!

    Honestly iPhone X stock levels weren't too low

    I can still order a iPhone X and get it delivered in 3-4 weeks and it's 35 minutes after pre orders started. This isn't that bad, it's the same as what was there for the 7. People were saying if you don't order in the first 5 minutes, we wouldn't be able to get it before 2018. I think Apples done pretty well with stock for this phone.

    My wife got through on Verizon at like 2:58 and she was done and back to sleep by 3:00 lol. Me on the other hand already was on the AUP so I was waiting while the App Store was down. I got through at like 3:20 and was hit with a 14th-24th ship date so I did pick up in store and wasn't expecting less than those dates but was hit with November 3 pick up, just got my email now for confirmation and I'm all set.

    Anyone feel like this was easier than years past. It's been getting easier every year and this year with all the supply is low stuff I thought it was going to be a mess, guess not.
