    I'm debating a 9.7" 32gb (2016) which is on clearance at Walmart for $600 (reg. 729) or waiting for black Friday to see how the 10.5" 64gb (2017), which is regularly $869, goes...

    Do you think the 2017 model will have a decent deal on Black Friday? I'm in Canada so there's no $125 off sale at Best Buy and the CAD sucks which is why these prices may seem extra high to some.

    Strange prompt on my ipad pro, iOS 11.1b5, asking for apple ID password. Pressing the home button did not get rid of it.I have Super Stickman Golf 3 installed but not Super Stickman Golf 2. 2 is free on the app store so what is this about? I also use touchID for purchases.

    Hey guys, I recently restored my iPad completely new using iTunes to iOS 11.0.3. I bought the iPad 2 weeks ago. I feel like the battery is draining faster than it used to on iOS 10. I've turned off background app refresh for most apps and I barely keep more than 5 apps running before I force shut them down in the multitasking window. I usually keep the brightness between 40-50% (with auto brightness turned off). I've noticed the battery drains more (compared to iOS 10) even when I'm NOT using the iPad.

    Is it just me or are you guys facing similar issues as well? Do you guys think my battery is defective? I don't know how to test if Apple's claim of 10 hours battery life is accurate, is there any shortcut or do I have to use the iPad for 10 continuous hours and check for myself? If so, using which apps would be the best to check?

    I know I'm overthinking this but I've invested a lot of money in this so I just wanna be sure nothing is wrong with my iPad. (Fyi, I did NOT buy the iPad from Apple and I don't have Apple Care).

    Best Tablet for Gaming under $400

    Hey guys,

     

    I'm looking for some recommendations on a new tablet, I'm going to use it mainly for gaming and watching movies/TV shows. My iPad Air broke recently and am looking to get an android alternative.

     

    What's most essential for me are the specs, the more future-proof it is the better as I won't be getting another tablet for quite some time (5+ years). Things like the camera, keyboard or controller support are secondary as I'll hardly use these features at all.

     

    Nvidia Shield K1 seemed like a really good choice, however it's impossible to find a new one now at $200. Google's Pixel C also look pretty awesome with the Tegra X1, but it's still really expensive even after two years, and I'm not sure if it's really worth it for the steep price.

     

    What are some good tablets I can get that are best bang for the buck (in term of gaming performance) under $400?

     

     

    By the way, as someone who has never owned an android device before, I'm wondering how good are they for gaming in comparison with the iPad? Google store is looking pretty sweet now with plenty of apps, figure it'd be a good time to switch especially if I can get a tablet that's cheaper and with better specs.

     

    I'm getting pretty tired of apple's iTunes sync, locked down updates, and the fact that older devices get significantly slower with new iOS updates. Although I wonder how does the Android market fare in comparison, is it a similar thing as well?

     

    Performance in gaming is my primary concern, how are optimisations on android games in comparison with their iOS counterpart? If I buy an android tablet that have similar spec to an iPad, can I expect the same level of performance in game?

     

    Future-proofing is another one of my concern, does android tablets get significantly slower in a couple years as well? I will not have the money to purchase a new tablet for a while, so the longer this one lasts me the better it will be.

    New "cop button" feature doesn't work on my Ipad

    iPad Pro 9.7 lap desk for rocking chair -help-

    I really would like to get more use out of my iPad Pro 9.7 and the smart keyboard. I have a recliner/rocking chair that I love to sit in and work, but I have always had a habit of rocking back and forth. This makes the "laptop like" setup with my iPad and smart keyboard move quite a bit and hard to use. Can anyone recommend any kind of lap desk or product that would secure my iPad and keyboard a bit more so that I could use it in this way? I feel like if I have to use it on my desk at home, I might as well be using my desktop PC. Thanks in advance.

    Got my mom an iPad Pro 12.9” and an Apple Pencil, thanks to you guys! Can someone please explain how the Pencil works?

    She uses those cheap pens with the nubs at the end and I wanted to get her something that'll work nicely. I was told the Apple Pencil is great. How often does it need to be charged? Is it just a really fancy stylus? Thanks!
