games with good visible progression and lots of content?

    Posted: 11 May 2022 02:17 PM PDT

i've been playing my singing monsters for a while now and whilst i love the progression, its not something that can keep me interested for a while. im not looking for a city builder or anything like that, just something that i can see the progression and keep me interested. having a good community would be a big plus, but not necessary.

Games to play with online friend

    Posted: 11 May 2022 10:59 AM PDT

Hey! I'm looking for games to play with my online friend. I'm looking for easy to play games and games we don't need to play at the same time (like draw something). Thanks!

    Fury Unleashed, worth picking up?

Reviews for iOS are pretty sparse and other platform reviews are mixed. Anyone who has played it would you recommend and why? Does it have replayabilty appeal?

What was the name of this game with ball physics?

What was the name of this game with ball physics?

So I had been reminded of this mobile game I played 8 or 9 years ago where you could play around with a bunch of different toy balls a few days ago, but I couldn't remember its name. I tried looking up a description of it on Google, but got nothing.

The game was a sort of toybox-like game where you could spawn in different kinds of items onto a wooden backdrop and watch them interact with each other. There were tons of different kinds of balls (bowling balls, tennis balls, marbles, pinballs, etc), platforms for them to bounce/roll on, teleporters, and pinball machine parts. I remember there being a store where you could use real-world money to buy new kinds of balls and parts to interact with.

I asked some friends if they knew what the game was called; some of them recognized it, but didn't remember its name. I feel like I first stumbled upon this game in an Apple Store as an app on one of the demo phones, but I could be wrong.

I've attached a mockup of what I remember about the game. It's probably at least a little off, but it's the best I could do.

If anyone knows what this game is, please let me know. I've been dying to try this game out again to see if it's as fun as I remembered.

Games like World Order from Hermetic Ventures

    Posted: 11 May 2022 10:53 AM PDT

I've been playing World Order and I love the premise and everything about it… except there are significant bugs in the game that make it unplayable after about 30 minutes. Most of the reviews say the same exact thing. They haven't had an update in 5 months and don't seem to be active.

For anyone who has played, are there any more games like this you can recommend?

    ECHOES OF MAGIC [New Release]

    Posted: 10 May 2022 11:02 AM PDT

My dad recently gave me his old iPad mini 1 and I want to play some old games.

    Posted: 10 May 2022 04:41 PM PDT

Most notably Star Wars Pit Droids and Shadowrun. I have (had) both but both have since been delisted from the App Store. Anyone know where I can fine the .ipa files for them so I can play them all over again?

Best Apple Arcade games for a smallish iPhone (iPhone X)

    Posted: 10 May 2022 06:08 PM PDT

I asked this in r/Applearcade, and it's a little bit slower over there, so I thought I would ask this here:

What are some good games for an older, smaller iPhone?

I have an iPhone X, and most of the games for my iPad really benefit from the larger format.

What are some games that are very playable on a smaller iPhone?
