Do not leave negative feedback to an Apple advisor, unless they truly deserve it Posted: 03 May 2022 01:03 PM PDT As someone who previously worked as an Apple advisor for several years, it was really annoying to constantly see feedback from customers that doesn't have anything to do with the interaction or the advisors themselves. Advisors can only do so much with certain issues and some situations either need to be escalated or there's nothing Apple can do about it. The negative review you leave after an interaction is only affecting the monthly performance of the advisor and people can get fired over that. If you have a bad experience with an Apple product or a feature, send feedback to Apple, not the advisor. Of course, if the advisor was not respectful or they provided you with poor customer service, then you're in your every right. [link] [comments] | ||
