    HI Guys,I bought a used Macbook from eBay (I bid for it).

    And I thought I made a great deal. When it arrived, I wanted to set it up, but it had the Activation Screen.The description said she bought the Mac still sealed from a marketplace and that she was the only owner of the Mac and she used it for 8 months.

    But one small sentence at the end stated, that when she erased the Mac she forgot to turn off "Find My" and then the Mac did not accept her Apple ID anymore.

    So I contacted the owner and asked to delete the Mac from her account. She told me she did that, but I couldn't set up the mac. So I asked if she has another Apple ID and she said, she didn't.I looked around and found an Apple ID from her with a gmail account (she told me she only had a yahoo apple id), so I asked her if she could log in to her gmail account and look if the Mac is there.Then she suddenly told me her boyfriend used the Mac, and it was his Apple ID being used and that they deleted the Mac from his account, but it remained locked.

    So I looked around again and found a second Apple ID from him and thread in the Apple support community saying he locked himself out from his Mac and that he has only "one" Apple ID.

    I wrote him an email saying he has two Apple IDs and if he could see if the Mac was on one of his IDs.And his answer to me was "Apple support confirmed that it was not one of the two Apple IDs, although I was the only user."

    How can the support tell him the two IDs were not used, if he said he has only one ID?

    Did I buy a stolen Mac?

    Edit: I sent him a Screenshot of the thread asking him why he says he only has one Apple Id and he answerde me the second ID was recently created

    Search function on the Health app won't work

    I'm trying to search for "Workouts" in the search tab so I can add data, but when I type in the search bar nothing comes up. I've searching for other things and nothing will come up. Any fixes? I'm on iOS 15.4.1

    kernel_task with no heat

    tldr: kernel_task is going crazy, fans are on full speed but no heat from cpu, all started very fast and random, doesn't go away after reboots, resets and cleanings

    i bought an old macbook (MBA 13 e2014, i5 4gb) on saturday, and prior to yesterday everything was working very smooth. then, out of nowhere the macbook started to violently lag and use its fans to full extent. i thought it was connected with me running a multi-layer graphical editor, but the problem occurs after multiple reboots and some measures to clean a system, including resetting nvram.

    at first, nothing in system monitor indicated why ram and cpu were fully used. when i did some measures mentioned above, deleted some apps plus uninstalled cleanmymac (find out it's quite useless and substitutable), kernel_task showed up in a monitor taking 240% of cpu, with WindowMonitor being another offender.

    the strange thing is, my processor is cold. i didn't do any measures, but my macbook is not heating at all, while heating is the usual reason kernel is going crazy.

    all of this occurred fast and my macbook transformed from being very fast to unusable with no reason (i didn't launch or tweak anything the moment it started). saw the same problem on a forum but no solution except the one that screws the battery up.

    any help please?

    Can first gen AirPod cases be charged using MagSafe?

    As title says.

    I got a MagSafe charger and tried charging my first-generation AirPods case (without any charge light indicator outside).

    I connected airpods to iPhone to check the case battery level and saw that it was not charging, when placed on the MagSafe.

    If an iPhone 12 Pro had a battery replacement before updating to iOS 15.4.1 will it identify it in parts and service history after?

    Question in the title.

    For context, bought a used iPhone 12 Pro with 98% battery health and it was already on 15.4.1. Dropped to 92% within a month. Haven't checked 3utools because i don't have a windows pc/laptop. Screen on time seems to be fine or normal as reviews say about the iPhone 12 Pro, i guess ranging from 5 hours to 7 hours?

    How to register "`" button on macOS

    I have Logitech Keyboard which includes macOS in supported systems. However there is main difference between mac layout and logitech one. Above the "TAB" key macs have "§"/"±" key, however in logitech there is "\`"/"~". And logitech keyboard doesn't have any key between "SHIFT" and "Z". Keyboard viewer is showing me that I clicked "\`" however what was input in reality is "§". Is there any way to fix that? I am using that key way too often to just let it go, and I am very used to this keyboard.

    does anybody remember that thing on old ipod touches that was like siri but wasnt?

    So this has been on my mind for awhile and everything I search up doesn't give me the result I want. So if you held down the phone button on the older ipod touches it would come up with like a blue background and it had 'voice' in it somewhere.

    iphone 13 camera too bright/exposed?

    Hey soo I've never had an iphone before, this is my first one so I decided to go for the 13. And I almost didn't wanna admit to myself that I am a bit disappointed lol. I had high expectations but the camera is so weird... It makes everything really bright, enhances (I guess?) colors too much, everything is just crazy saturated and too much. The actual quality is good but the colors are just not and they're also not accurate at all. Is there any fix?? I've tried a few things but the only thing that really seemed to help was changing the photographic style to "cool", but it's still not a complete fix. Is this just how the 13 is and I'm screwed? :/

    Hello a couple years ago I dropped my Ipad Air 2 on its edge and the glass screen broke. Since then I have sent it to get it fixed another two times as the screen Un-glues itself, paying $150 to fix it each time.

    The touchscreen has always worked fine, the issue is the display goes dark as the screen is away from where it's mounted.

    My question is, should I fix it once more or buy a new one? Or buy a laptop. I liked this Ipad because it was very nice for reading and studying in uni. That's the main use I give it. Read school books, notes and stuff.

    Iphone 13 pro max error

    Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone has the solution to a problem that often happens to me : ( basically when I'm on call with my iPhone 13 pro max it disconnects from the Internet every time I enter an app. Does anyone have the same problem?

    If Apple says to keep all apps open in background unless it is freezing why is the camera so laggy i read somewhere that closing apps will fix the iphone camera lag, i was having when having all the apps open in my background, any fix to this?
