| Posted: 18 Mar 2022 05:59 AM PDT I have always used the "optimize storage" option for my 20k+ pictures. I had to log out and in to iCloud because of another issue and now my storage is full. The optimize photos option is still on but the photos take about 12Gb now and I am using 64/64 Gb. Before the login and logout deal I had plenty of space. How can I make the IPhone offload more of the photos to the cloud? [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 18 Mar 2022 01:23 AM PDT So I recently bought an iPhone 4s off eBay and when I booted it up and set it up, I looked in the profiles and configs and there was one installed called "Untiled 7" and it said it contained 23 wifi networks. I didn't press more details I just deleted it. Should I be concerned. Also there was no setup process, I just entered my wifi password and it went straight to the Home Screen. For some weird reason when I put my phone on 'do not disturb' & have it set to notify others (in messages) that my notifications are silenced - it doesn't. I have everything turned on, I've read a million different apple trouble shooting pages, I restarted my phone.. anyone have any suggestions? It told me I had been on my phone all day, everyday. When I went to the report to look at the break down, it shows that I spend 18/19 hours/day using this app called Medium. I don't have this app downloaded on my phone at all! I have no idea if it's using my data or how to get rid of it! I changed my Apple ID password, and that did nothing. | Posted: 17 Mar 2022 07:42 PM PDT For the last like month or so i have been having a problem with my iphone 7 to where theres no audio picked up from the microphone under any circumstance, if i go on a apple supported application including siri it just refuses to work and with social media nothing gets picked up from the microphone. I thought maybe if i put in headphones with an external microphone it would work but that only solves the problem with apple applications and others such as Instagram still have the same problem, i speculate it's because the screws are loose inside the phone but i just want to get a confirmation before I attempt to get it repaired or open it up myself. | iPhone 8 ear speaker super low Posted: 17 Mar 2022 05:03 PM PDT I changed the setting to shut off the background noise and no difference. The main speaker that is super loud it's just the ear one and talking on speaker phone all the time is not going to work for me. [link] [comments] | ||
