    Random number FaceTimes me - but then has my address ?

    To make a VERY long weird story shorter - one day I have a missed FaceTime call , I text the number and ask who it is , they say "your mother " , NOW please keep in mind over the last 3 weeks another unrelated situation was happening where I was being harassed via text and calls from text plus numbers. Today was and iPhone. The iMessage auto generates a contact - I respond with "_____ , wtf weird". She calls again immediately via FaceTime. I answer. It is a middle aged woman sitting at her kitchen table having a glass of wine asking who I am - we are both confused. She says when she calls her daughter to FaceTime it goes to my phone all of a sudden. Her daughter says she got a notification someone was trying to use her Apple Watch user ID and when she voice called her it went to her phone but when she FaceTime to ever go to my phone and then under her daughters contacts in her phone it said her daughters name her daughters phone number then my phone number then my home address was under her contacts. I am extremely disturbed that I have no idea how this happened they say they have no idea how it could've happened and that they sorted it out with Apple that now when she FaceTimes her daughter it goes to her daughter but when I called Apple they were at a loss of what could've happened and told me just to block the contact I don't understand how the woman could have my actual home address if anyone has any idea as to how this could've happened or has a similar story of this happening please let me know because I almost feel unsafe.

    Restore deleted folder of apps

    I accidentally deleted one of my folders of apps on my phone and I cannot figure out where it went. The apps that were in that folder can only be accessed if I search for them in the Spotlight Search so they are there, just not visible. 😩😩 Please help me.

    new ipad mini came with half-black screen? just bought it and i haven't even had it for a full two hours yet. i opened it and plugged it into an outlet and it turned on and looked like this.

    I was on my Phone till about 0:30, then closed all apps and went to sleep. I woke up and my phone says youtube was running the whole time. I am sure it isn’t and it’s actually getting more screen time by the minute even tho I closed the app. Please someone tell me what’s going on.

    I sold my Mac Mini on ebay and forgot to Unlock it from my apple ID before reformatting it for resale - selling is emailing me saying the Mac is locked. How do I fix this?

    OK.

    I sold my 2018 Mac Mini on ebay. I did a complete factory reset - unmounted the hard drive and then reformatted - and then I shipped the computer to the winner of the auction. The buyer rec'd it today, and is telling me it's still locked. He sent me a couple screenshots, and sure enough, it's showing my apple ID and asking for my Apple ID password.

    I did some googling, and I see that BEFORE I factory reset the Mac Mini, I was supposed to unlink my Apple ID from the device.

    How do I fix this? I went into my iCloud and removed the device from my iCloud, but that doesn't seem to have done anything. This guy is understandably upset, and sending me frantic email messages. I'm trying to do my best, but I'm at my wits end. I can't call AppleCare because theyre closed for another 4 hours.

    In the meantime, I don't want this guy to get fed up and cancel the transaction with ebay. I need them to release these funds tomorrow, i NEED to resolve this issue for this guy.

    Please, can anyone help?

    Hello! I have a Macbook Air (2019 13 inch) and recently have encountered the problem where, after shutting the screen (putting it to sleep) and opening it a while later, the screen gets filled up with tiny white and pink squares. The first time it happened I just force shut down the computer thinking the screen was broken but turning it back on indicated that the screen was fine. Today it happened again but instead of force shutting it down I closed the screen, waited like 10-15 seconds, and opening it back up turned it back to normal. Any idea why my screen is getting filled up with white and pink squares when putting it to sleep? Any help is appreciated! I have attached an image that shows what it looks like.

    How do you re-download an app without all of its data??

    I deleted the Telegram app the other day because it was using so much data. However, now I know that once you're in the app you can manage the data usage, so I want the app back.

    But, when I try to redownload the app is doesn't work because it's trying to redownload like 8gb worth of data and my phone doesn't have room for that.

    Is there a way to re-download an app, wiped clean? A way to redownload the app without all the data it had when I had deleted it?
