    i have been using an ipad charger to charge my iphone 11 and after 1 year its battery health has reduced to 96% iss it a good idea to use a 20watt adapter to charge my iphone will it reduce my battery health faster or will it health with my battery life ?

    Macbook Pro works but screen is black and won’t turn on, how do I fix this?

    Hello. My Macbook Pro touch bar, keyboard, and scroll pad works and my computer can turn on and off. If I press play and pause on the touch bar, music will play, and my Bluetooth headphones connect to my Mac, so that works as well. However, the screen is black and won't display anything. I've tried restarting a bunch of times and resetting the SMC. That didn't work. Will try connecting an external monitor tonight. Any other ideas on how to fix this?

    My MacBook screen randomly internally cracked or at least thats what I think because out of nowhere I turned it on and it was like this (white with color lines), does anyone know how I can fix this? I would really appreciate it.

    Mac Calendar: Inputting Events Twice

    Hey everyone, need some help because I can't find a solution.

    Recently every time I put an event on my calendar on my MacBook Pro 2021 I press "enter" or "apply" to save the event and it'll work for a second and then afterwards it doesn't save any of the alerts or name and just says "New Event" and goes back to default settings for that event.

    Im also having a problem that whenever I delete an event that has an alert, I'll still get a noise ping of the event but no notifications pop up on my iPhone or Mac since I deleted the event.

    Anyone know what is going on and how I can fix it? In school so I add a lot of events with assignments and such. Ive tried restarting my computer and it didn't fix the issue either.

    Hello!

    Two years ago I changed my Macbook Pro keyboard because some keys were stuck and it was very hard to use them. I changed it for free because it was a known issue. Now, two years later, I have the same issue again with another key. At the Genius Bar they told me it's very pricey to change it and I will likely have the same problem in the future because it's just a bad keyboard design (indeed the new MacBooks have a different keyboard).

    If I was to change it, it would not be free of charge because the replacement program is over now. Is there a way that you know to use that replacement program? At the end of the day it is not my fault, it's just a design issue and I don't know why I should be responsible to pay for a faulty keyboard. Has someone experienced a similar situation?

    Cellular and Wireless specifications for iPhone 13 Pro

    hello everyone!

    so, i'm considering buying the iphone 13 pro model A2483, which is not the one homologated by our regulatory agency here in brazil. the homologated model is A2638.

    my worry is: will it work properly here? i checked the differences between the two models, and the most considering ones are at the cellular and wireless specifications. the problem is that i dont have the technical knowledge to confirm that the A2483 will work here, comparing it to the A2638 model. so i arranged the main differences, wondering that anyone here could help me out, or maybe redirect me to another subreddit where i will be able to ask the people with the technic knowledge necessary.

    the differences are:

    - at "5G NR", the A2483 have those two extra bands compared to the A2638 -> n29, n71

    - the A2483 have this extra spec. -> 5G NR mmWave (Bands n258, n260, n261)

    - at "FDD-LTE", the A2483 have those two extra numbers compared to the A2638 -> 11, 14, 21, 29, 71

    - the A2483 have this extra spec. -> CDMA EV-DO Rev. A (800, 1900 MHz)

    is it possible to confirm that the phone will work properly with the specs i informed?

    Forgot passcode and cannot reset.

    Like the title says, and when I try to reset, it gives me the "Must be restored to factory settings because it is too full to be updated" which is what I want so I press restore.

    Then it asks me "Are you sure?" And I choose the "restore and update" option (there is no other option, only cancel).

    But then it confuses me with "cannot be restored because the disk I am using is full".

    So, how else can I remove the passcode to have access to my phone again?

    AirPods pro make weird bass noise Even if its not on

    So ive had my AirPods pro for a little while Now and all of a sudden I hear crazy bass sounds not related to the song or anything playing at all and it's really annoying so I just wonder if anybody know what can cause this issue.

    Dictation stops after 1 minute ... Is this normal?

    As the title says. In every app on my iphone where I can dictate, the dictation stops after one minute of recording. It sucks. Recording also stops in the middle of speaking - so not during pauses. Have I overlooked a setting? Or is this normal?

    I am talking about the Speech->Text-function. (Not the "voicememos" (audio-Memos)

    Best way to use Iphone13 videos to transfer to PC editing?

    I just using my Iphone 13pro as my main video camera for Youtube. I have a 2019 macbook pro, but really use my PC as my main computer. I'm basically really confused with the whole quality transfer that occurs going from my iphone13 at 60hd. I purchased "simple transfer" which allows me transfer the large video files to my pc, but it converts them h.264 (which is what I export anyways on premier pro). Just seems that when I see iphone13 footage on Youtube it's looking more crisp than mine.

    If it's not obvious I have pretty much have a limited understanding of the technology, but do feel that I'm not maximizing my use of the quality of the video, which is my main concern. Am I missing out by not using a mac/final cut pro for transferring/editing or is what I'm doing fine for not losing quality? It seems like what I'm seeing on my iphone is not exactly the same quality

    Basic question: What's the best/easiest set up to for using an Iphone 13 for video?

    Blocking videos in Safari

    Is there a way to block all the videos in Safari on iOS? If I travel to other countries, I get very limited data, so accidentally clicking on a page containing video may use all the data. And it's annoying in general.

    Maybe it could be done with a custom AdGuard filter or some Safari extension?

    Mac Books app cannot find my library

    I have nearly 1600 books in my library: all of the epubs and pdfs are still there at ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks. The problem is that iBooks doesn't see those files in the app, except for the icloud books and a couple recently read books. Somehow I need to force iBooks to rebuild its library. Any idea how to fix this?

    microphone wont work, why?

    I got a problem, so i installed the latest ios and my mic wont work anymore, and you know i get it, sometimes things just get old and stop do the job, but the weird part is that i cant hear anybody in any type of vocal conversation, like i cant hear on a phonecall, insta call facebook call whap call, neither can speak, why? for example i tried to record a video of myself speaking , look at the sound icon, if anyone knows what to do pls tell me👍🏻💕.

    I am buying a new laptop in order to back up my photos from my iphone which is saying it's too full. I haven't done this in years. Do you still use iTunes on a pc these days? If not how do you do it?

    Side question: What is a port for on a laptop that says SS and has a USB-looking symbol next to it?

    Mac completely locked

    Hi, I was just opening my MacBook when my password wouldnt work. I thought that was weird and tried it very many times. Still didnt work.

    I thought welp, ill just reset it. Held CMD r when turning it on and got to the restart page.

    But when i try to log in with my Apple ID it just says "Wrong Apple ID or password".

    Changed my password twice but still no luck.

    What can i do??

    I have some important uni assigments that i can not afford to lose.

    Help would be greatly appreciated.

    my iPad pro 10.5 2017 on iPadOS 15.1 is getting stuck on verifying update after downloading 15.3 and trying to install it. what is the problem here? and how can i solve it?

    Does anyone know what’s happening? This goes on for about 90 seconds and then restarts. It used to happen twice a week but now it happens at least 3 times a day. 2 year old iPhone 11 Pro.

    Clicking sound when mic plugged in. Happens with all recording apps and even other external microphones/earphones. Any way around this issue? (Recently purchased iPad 9th gen)
