    Ordered new Amazon SS Series 7, received empty box.

    Completely unreal. Ordered a new SS Series 7 with Milanese loop from Amazon and received a sealed amazon brown shipping box with the Apple Watch box empty of both the watch and charging cable.

    Amazon is sending a replacement and support acted nonchalant about it but I never realized they had a theft issue in their warehouses.

    Anyone else have this happen recently?

    So. I prefer to use my Apple Watch for music in the gym. My watch is a Series 6 44mm GPS (not a cellular model). I leave my phone in the locker. For some reason even the music I added to my watch doesn't really seem to watch to play.

    Is there something I am doing wrong here? The music says it is on the watch. AirPods are connected to the watch. But most of the time I get nothing. It just sits there and doesn't play.

    I finally took the plunge and bought an Apple Watch 7 in graphite!

    This will be my first smart watch. It will be coming in the mail on Wednesday with a iPhone 13 max pro that I'm upgrading my xs max to. With this being my first one, any tips/tricks you guys recommend or Information I should know? Also app recommendations as well are welcome!

    I've done this with Apple Maps and love the feature; it's VERY helpful when you're in an area you're not familiar with.

    You ask Siri for "directions to Lynnhaven Mall, Virginia Beach VA", she gives them to you. They get mirrored to your Apple Watch and the watch taps you when it's time to make a turn.

    Does Google Maps do the same thing?

    Hi everyone, one of my customers bringed me this brand new apple watch series 3, she said she recevied as a gift and hidden from childrens but she forgot about it and now she found it, but as you can see this is thw only thing the watch does, i've put on my series 0 charger and nothing no snake

    If the milanese is PVD and the SBSS is DLC i think it should not, but anyone has experience on this?

    Also i know the space black milanese does, but does the Graphite Milanese scratch the sapphire screen?

    I have been using Apple Watch WiFi version (now Series 5) and satisfied with the battery life.

    Thinking of getting a S7 or SE Cellular... can it last one day? I don't have any experience but my friend says only a few hours under normal use.

    WatchOS announces workout status during tennis

    One of the apparent new features of WatchOS 8 is that it will verbally announce your workout progress as your workout...er...progresses. This is handy during, say, bike rides to tell you how far you've ridden and what your average speed has been.

    But it also does it during a tennis workout. This is BAD. You can be in the middle of a point and suddenly there's this woman's voice unexpectedly coming across the court. By USTA rules, this is literally interference with the opposing team and they can (and should) declare it to be a loss of point for the watch wearer.

    I'm quite surprised Apple doesn't know this and/or didn't discover it during testing of this new feature.

    So now I have to remember to mute my watch whenever I start a tennis workout. And remember to unmute it when the match is over. Which I never remember to do so it keeps happening or my watch keeps staying muted long after I get home from tennis.

    Since the feature is so nice during bike rides I'm hesitant to disable it (not that I've figured out how yet), but I may have to since it's BAD during tennis.

    Does anyone have any thoughts/insights/suggestions about the situation?

    EDIT: I'm using Feedback Assistant to send feedback to Apple about the tennis thing. 'Cos I bet they don't know.

    EDIT 2: It occurs to me tennis isn't the only time this would be bad. Imagine if your watch announced your golf workout status in the middle of a golf swing. Or during a nice quiet Tai Chi session. Or in the middle of Yoga class. These are all no bueno as well, and it's even more surprising that Apple didn't realize it.

    Soft wake up during tracked light sleep possible on Apple Watch??

    I LOVED the Jawbone soft wake up system that would track your sleep by heart rate and wake you up in light sleep cycle during a user set interval. The idea was that if you wake in light sleep cycle you are better rested and ready to hit the day running. It worked for me, also, the vibration on the rest ensured my partner didn't wake up to my alarm.

    I found it worked great but then Jawbone went out of business and the Fitbits I tried after weren't great.

    I am on the fence about the Apple Watch. I have not been able to confirm if it is possible to use the Apple Watch for sleep tracking soft wake ups (as a feature on apple watch or existing app).

    Is there a similar feature for the Apple Watch? Does it work? Is there any other sleep aid features you all love about the Apple Watch?

    Is the Apple Watch SE much of a downgrade from the regular AW?

    Hey guys, don't shoot me, android user here but my wife is apple all the way. I was thinking of getting her an apple watch for christmas but I'm unsure of which way to go. There appears to be quite the difference between the regular apple watch and the SE in regards to pricing. Is the SE a major stepback from the regular AW?

    Two watches, why does morning alarm go off on both?

    I have a S3 and S4 that I swap out every other day or use depending on events. I upgraded from the original SE that had 13.7 to a 13 mini with iOS 15. I wear a watch to sleep for tracking and it used to be that only the watch on my wrist would sound the alarm. Now both the one I'm wearing and the other watch on the charge stand will both go off for the alarm. Is there any way to make only the one I'm wearing have the alarm and silence the other?

    Watch 7 not compatible with my tattoos?

    I was very happy with my Watch SE which worked without any problems. Now I have Watch 7 and it's constantly locking itself. I have read that it can be because I have tattoos on my wrists. I don't want to limit the functionality of watch (mainly Apple Pay) by disabling wrist sensor. I already disabled blood oxygen sensor but that didn't help. Is there anything else that I can do? Thank you for any advices.
