    So I'm thinking of getting it, but the thing is I have a HD TV. Why get it then? Because I'm planning on buying a 4K TV in the near future and I like future proofing my life. I only have 2 concerns with this though. Will it work on my current TV and should I get it even if I don't and don't plan to get Apple TV+ anytime soon?

    What are some great games for the Apple TV? We got a controller for Christmas and I’d like to try some. Specifically some puzzle games my partner and I can play together.

    Hoya! I'm in the market for a streaming box, ans I wonder what I'd score the nost with? I want all that sweet dolby vision, atmos and whatever - and the leisure of browsing movies and series to watch.

    However I do not own any appme products nor do I think that I will. Would that make it better for me to go for nvidia?

    Family Sharing issues

    Hi,

    I'm the organizer of a group 3 including myself. The first person I added was my mom and everything worked seamless. I could see her purchases on my Apple TV, iTunes etc. In my family sharing settings on my device for purchase sharing I have it shown has enabled for me and family member 1(mom). If I want to see other members purchases. I suspect purchase sharing on my device should say : Purchase sharing enabled: Me, family member 1 , family member 2.

    I recently added someone a day or so. In their family sharing settings they have purchase sharing enabled for my mom and I.

    However, they recently bought something I'm interested in watching but I don't see it in my iTunes family sharing tab on my device I just see my moms profile.

    I asked the person to take a snapshot of their settings and share purchasing is enabled for me. However, I keep getting this error saying that the family member has not turned on purchase sharing. I signed out of my appleid and restarted my phone and now my other family name doesn't even come up in iTunes under the purchase tab. I can only see my moms. I have confirmed with the other family member that she can see all my purchases.

    I'm thinking to myself at some point, I or the family member should of logged out appleid for a few minutes and try logging back on, but I am not sure at which step.

    Any suggestions

    Spacial audio on Apple TV HD?

    I just got an Apple TV HD and can't work out how to activate Spacial audio with my airpod pros. Everything is up to date and it works on my iPhone and iPad just not the tv.

    TV screen keeps dimming, please help!

    Not sure why. I'll turn on hdr+ mode on my Samsung tv settings but then when I'm watching Netflix it'll look really dark.

    When I turn off hdr+ mode, it gets much brighter which is what I want. But than 2 minutes later Apple TV just starts to dim down. And it's only the Apple TV, cause when I use my Samsung remote to change settings it'll go back to normal for a second. It's when I switch to Apple TV it'll dim back.

    I've tried everything and I'm losing my mind. Please help!

    As I was looking for a clock for my living room, I thought "I wonder if there is a way to always display the time on my Apple TV"

    Anyone had the same thought or know if this is possible?

    Apple TV remote not connecting

    I'm having an issue using my Apple TV remote with my Apple TV, it's a 4K 64 Gb that I bought last year (2020) the remote totally won't do anything anymore but when I hold down the menu and the TV buttons together the Apple TV will restart but the remote is useless after that, when I try to use my phone as the remote only sometimes will it connect to the Apple TV and the other times it will connect for a spilt second then disconnect again, was just wondering if anyone else has ran into these problems with maybe a tip or two to fix it.

    Closed captions, shawshank, Ps5

    Purchased the shawshank redemption on Apple TV. Really happy with it aside from one small issue.

    I love watching with subtitles. With the shawshank redemption the only English subtitle option is English closed captions.

    If it watch it on Apple TV using my Ps5, the subtitles move around different parts of the screen, as closed caption subtitles should?

    When I watch it on the iPhone using Apple TV, the subtitles are bottom and centred, which I prefer.

    Is there anyway to have the subtitles bottom and centred when using Apple TV on the Ps5?

    I've tried Ps5 settings as well as Apple TV settings and can't get them bottom and centred like normal subtitles are.

    Is there any way I can mirror only one tab from my Mac to my Apple TV, instead of completely mirroring the entire display?

    I recently switched from Chromecast, and I'm trying to replicate what I used my Chromecast for, which is streaming a video, beaming it to my TV, and having it stay on the TV screen while I use other tabs.
