    The notifications are very big. I’ve tried reducing text size and everything but it’s no use. Why is this happening? It’s annoying.

    Spilled jam on my macbook's keyboard

    My son accidentally spilled some jam on my M1 MacBook Air's keyboard, we tried to wipe it away but it must have gotten inside the keys as now some of them are pretty hard to press down. What can I do to fix this?

    New to iPhone, question about Spotify app

    Hi folks,

    I recently bought my first iPhone which is the iPhone 13 and I'm having a great time so far. When I'm at work I use Spotify with my Chrome browser and the iPhone launches the Spotify app in the background.

    Can I somehow avoid that? I fear that it drains my battery while just laying on my desk.

    When I charge my Macbook Pro (2017) sometimes it will stop charging so I will need to plug the charger into another outlet to get it working again. Is this an issue with my charger or my laptop?

    Restoring backup to new iPhone 13 from PC?

    I'm setting up a relative's new iPhone 13 via their PC

    1. I backed up their iPhone 6( which has iOS 12 something) and it showed the backup was complete.
    2. When I plug in the iPhone 13 to restore the backup- it says can't restore cause backup was corrupt.( I mean when i backed it up the 6 it didn't show any issues)
    3. It did show that I needed to update my iOS on the new iPhone 13( so as i am writing I am doing that and it seems to be taking forever to dowland the new iOS and then install it on the iPhone 13. After that i will run the restore from backup again to see if that does the trick.

    So in case it doesn't work- what should i do?

    I mean, i know i could use the direct transfer method. But, i would rather it work manually.

    Not receiving iMessage notifications from one person

    Hello all, my wife and I are having huge trouble with iMessage. I don't get any notifications from her messages (no pop-up or sounds), but I can receive notifications from everyone else. This happens in all my Apple devices. None of them receive notifications from her. Interestingly, from her perspective, it shows that I read her texts immediately.

    I did some basic troubleshooting:

    • I made sure all my other Apple devices are off.
    • Rebooted my phone.
    • Turned iMessage on and off again.
    • Focus / DND is NOT on.
    • Hide Alerts is not turned on for our conversation.

    Not sure what else to do other than factory resetting every device I own.

    EDIT the following worked for me, not sure if all are needed to fix this, but this is what I also tried before it started working:

    • had my wife change her 'send from' address
    • logged out from iCloud in every device. Turned them all off.
    • Turned them all on, re-logged in.
    • Turned iMessage off then back on.
    • Pray to your deity (or deities) of choice.

    Messenger Chat Head

    Hi, i just got my new ip13 pro, I can't seem to find the option for messenger chat heads.. I tried looking at the settings and privacy of the FB app, but the messenger chat head option is not there.. I also tried to click my profile on messenger then looked for the settings for chat heads, still didnt see anything.. My FB and Messenger are updated so I can't seem to see what's wrong.. If you guys can help me that would be really great! Thank you!

    Every time I open my MacBook Pro, I get a notification my AirPods are connected. They're in the case.

    Title. I've noticed that whenever I power on my MacBook, I get a notification that my AirPods are connected, but the AirPods are in the case and I'm not using them. Frankly, I'm just annoyed by the notification and I've never noticed it before today. Is something wrong?

    Volume won’t change - iPhone SE 2020. Background - I’m on the 2nd gen iPhone SE. volume buttons (and volume slider) do completely nothing UNLESS I have my AirPods in when they work fine. I’ve hard reset and reset all my settings with zero results.

    I'm trying to install a game called Risk, but this happens with ANY app I try to install. When I press install, it pops up a message asking for my Apple ID password. I put in my password and press continue, it then takes me to where I can view my billing address. I have two options, go back, which takes me to my payment method, or continue, which makes another text pop up. This one asks for my password again, I put it in, click next, and then boom.. I'm back to it asking me for my password.

    Pin sized crack on screen

    Hey everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with using a glass repair kit to fill in a crack on their MacBook screen? I'm referring to something similar they fill a crack on your windshield with. I've had my MacBook for less than 6 months and I know they won't cover it under warranty because it was most likely caused by something external, super lame imo.

    Basically the title. I don't know the exact production year, but I found one at a used market.

    A tiny scratch on the bezel, but otherwise in good condition. Is it worth the price?

    It's for productivity, video steaming, and photo editing. No video game.

    If it's not good,what would you recommend at a similar price and spec?
