Are iPhones inherently more addictive to use than androids? Posted: 04 Nov 2021 01:44 PM PDT Disclaimer- What I am going to write is purely anecdotal but I have long felt felt this so just wanted to put it out there. So im sorry if its just plain rubbish. I have an iPhone SE ( 2016 ) and the Samsung galaxy F62. Both are decently Fast and while SE having the Older design and significantly smaller display ,I felt I was compelled to use the iPhone more than the android. Like I get that the experience is subjective but it felt like I was having an urge to constantly use my iPhone while I didn't bother to check my galaxy one that frequently. The overall snappiness of iOS, the polished UI , slick animations etc are just so addictive. Both these phones get my work done easily so I don't have any complaints but it's just that whenever I am doing something like having lectures and feel the urge to use my iphone but not the android. Have any of you felt similarly? Is this by design or am I nuts. [link] [comments] |
