    I activated Do Not Disturb on an iPad and meant to turn it off but forgot. When I installed 15.1, can no longer find it in Settings. It is in the control panel but that just toggles it off until the next day.

    Also- the new tv remote is far less preferable to the previous full screen version- is there a suitable app replacement?

    Is iOS 15 a mess for everyone else or just me?

    I don't receive notifications from some apps at all. Mainly Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat. The only time I received them is for a few hours after restarting my device (tried it only twice) and when I updated my phone and the apps (during 15.0.1 and 15.0.2 release). I get notifications but they stop within a few hours. I reinstalled 2 of the apps that are facing this issue and no luck. Half the time I can't even preview the notifications.

    The Today View widget has also stopped functioning correctly for me. It keeps having issues and the content of the widgets just doesn't show up. I get that they're phasing it out but that doesn't mean they stop supporting it while it's still a feature of the OS. I wish I could go back to 14.8. The only thing I would miss is the new Safari.

    If anyone has a fix for this please let me know.

    Instagram comment section unresponsive to touch

    Hello, I just got Instagram on my iPhone 11 pro and I noticed that when I try to press reply/message on anyone's comments, nothing happens 9/10 times. Same thing goes for trying to access people's profiles by touching their usernames (when I touch their photos it works just fine). Is this normal? If not, did anyone have to deal with this before?

    P.S. Same issue also appears in drawing apps - when I try to create a dot only by tapping the screen once, nothing happens

    Anyone having issues browsing with Safari on iOS and iPadOS 15.1?

    Ever since I upgraded my iPad and iPhone to iOS 15.1 I have been having issues browsing on safari. Whenever I open a website sometimes it loads fine but most of the times it doesn't load the whole page. I've tried clearing the cache, I have also tried restarting it a few times but the issues persist. Has anybody else also been facing similar issues? Funnily enough i don't have issues in any other browser.

    [QUESTION] Background Refresh for WhatsApp

    I wanted to ask if turning off background refresh for WhatsApp would make me miss new messages unless I have the app open (either on screen or just not swiped up). I noticed that it constantly runs in the background it is a huge battery hog. Thanks.

    Kinda new to this group so apologies if this is mentioned constantly but anyone else find the new podcasts app atrocious, so many minor inconveniences. Episodes not playing, phone not remembering where I was when I close my phone, laggy, ui issues, i could go one…

    Anyone know any way to improve it at all or have any suggestions?

    Can I change back to the old Safari “carousel” style for tabs? Any other browsers that use it?

    I hate the iOS 15 safari "tab overview grid" with the "cards" to display my open tabs.

    I have not been able to figure out how to bring the "carousel" style back.

    Are there any other browsers that use this style? I've tried a handful and am not seeing that feature, only the card style. Any suggestions?

    (I appreciate being able to fast-switch to tabs by easily scanning a list of URL's, and the ability to close the tabs quickly.)

    Help transferring videos it iPhone

    Hi, I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max on release and am still having issues transfering my videos over from my Android. I used Mobiletrans to do this and they're not showing up in my photos app, but if I go to the settings app on the iPhone it shows all 160 videos under the storage area. If I open the photos app I onlny have 6 videos. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Spankbang running in background 24/7

    When I looked at my screen time today I noticed it said that I spent over 9hrs on "spankbang.com" idk why. It also says that I spent all 24 hours of yesterday on it. I may have clicked on a link from reddit that went to that sight but I certainly have not spent that much time on there. Any idea where it could be coming from and how to stop it?

    Trouble playing music in my car?

    Ever since I updated to the new iOS software on my phone, I am unable to play music in my car. I usually use a USB cord to connect with my car and it worked for 10+ years but now it doesn't work. Bought about 3 different USB chargers and nothing is working. I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Is there something I have to allow on my phone in order for this to work?

    Hello, Ladies and Gents, I'm a Android user trying to fix a IPhone 7 and need a bit of help, THe Phone is on recovery mode......and disabled at the same time......

    Is there a way to fix this?

    ps: force restart disables it and so does any attempt of recovering data as it fails every single time and also Itunes won't help either and lastly no the phone isn't stolen....it's my mothers old phone.....

    Does optimized charging actually work?

    I have had my phone (and watch) on a timed plug for as long as I can remember because 'overcharing will kill your battery', so I only charge it a few hours at night. Is this actually still true? I know optimized charging exists, and it's switched on on my phone (don't know about the watch though).

    I'm moving house pretty soon and I kind of want to get rid of the old timer-plug thing so I'm wondering if optimized charging does what it says on the box, and will keep my battery life better for longer (I usually keep an iOS device of around 5 years).

    Smart people of reddit: how does it work, and does it work?

    My iphone XS is rebooting daily and I'm thinking of a DFU restore. I'm currently on 14.8. Will the restore upgrade to 15 or stay on 14.8?

    Recently upgraded from XS to 13 Pro Max. Question about feature that used Force Touch.

    Hi all! Thanks for your help!

    I was just wondering if there was a way to touch and hold the keyboard to move the text cursor like you could on Force Touch phones. If this feature is completely gone, that's fine, I'll adjust, but it made typing super smooth when I had to return and fix an error.

    Lacking features on native apps

    Anyone else annoyed that iOS native apps lack features? I am sure there is a reason. But if the choice is there I would rather use the native apps. For instance, I use Fantastical over Calendar. iOS calendar is just too basic. I used Dark Sky for many years and recently switched back to Weather.

    iOS Music Library Repair

    My music library (formerly iTunes) is a mess. Many albums are split into two or three different albums. A lot of the art is wrong. I can't figure out how to rename or change the identifiers to unify the albums.

    Is there a service or company that will repair or reorganize your music library? I am happy to pay someone to do this for me. I have looked online and can not find anything.

    I have tried a few of the software solutions to no avail. HELP!

    OneNote url link help

    I am trying to get links from OneNote to my calendar (to have the link from the meeting to my meeting notes which are usually worked on before the meeting).

    When in OneNote on iPhone and Mac (apparently doesn't work on iPad OneNote and is a known issue), you can pretty easily get a link to the page you are on.

    When I put these links in calendar/Apple notes it gives one link to the web and one to the app starting with OneNote:urlscheme. For some reason the apps don't include the OneNote: in the actual link.

    Any ideas of what to do?

    If I manually go and add // to make it OneNote://urlscheme it works as expected on iPhone and iPad, but on my iMac it tries to open a webpage. The iMac prefers the OneNote:urlscheme to open the app.

    No more audio through lighting port?

    As title states. Hadn't updated to iOS15 on Saturday night and could still plus my phone into my car via lighting to USB and could use my music like normal, after updating and waking up Sunday morning I can no longer use it. Girlfriends phone will let her still so it's not the cable and we have the exact same phone (IPhone 12 Pro)

    Anyway to fix this? If not I'll just revert to 14 but I'd rather not do that..
