Cannot save images from websites Posted: 10 Oct 2021 07:58 PM PDT For the last 6-8 weeks, I have not been able to save an image from a website. Trying to hold down on the image selects it as if it is selecting text. It has become quite annoying and I can't find a fix for it [link] [comments]
Group your photos by which lens it was taken with! Posted: 09 Oct 2021 06:06 PM PDT It is a pity that Apple does not have this feature built into the iPhone, but you can use your Mac's Photos app to see which lens was used to take certain photos. This is very insightful for me as I use the telephoto lens a lot, for taking photos of nature and other things up-close, e.g. plants, objects, and so on. We are going to use photo metadata to create a filter. 1 - In Photos on Mac, click (+) on albums and create a new Smart Album 2 - Choose the criteria as "Lens" and browse through the options - you will see many lenses. There are multiple lines for even the same lens. So to capture all of the telephoto lens options, simply use the text "6mm" to grab all of the telephoto lenses, rather than choosing all 3 lines that refer to the 6mm telephoto lens. Similarly you can do "1.54mm" to grab all of the ultrawides and "4.25mm" to grab all of the standard lens (your iPhone may vary so check the options). 3 - If you have multiple criteria, make sure that "any" is selected at the top so that any one criteria will activate the filter. Done! Now enjoy looking at your photos by lens. Or any other filter you wish. [link] [comments]
I wasn‘t able to log into my account without agreeing to the new icloud rules - wtf? Posted: 10 Oct 2021 11:51 PM PDT I tried to download an app from the apple app store. I needed to confirm with my apple password. It didn't work. I tried to log in with my iphone unlock code (you can use the „local iphone code" if you forgot you apple id password), it didn't work. - i tried both at least 10 times over 2 days! After i agreed to the icloud rules in the settings, my password worked... anyone with the same experience? [link] [comments]
