    So I logged into a website in safari and I think I forgot to sign out, so if I delete the browsing data for safari will I get automatically logged out from the website once I clear browsing data for safari?

    App Tracking still grayed our.

    I am on iOS 14.5.1 and today, I tried re-logging into iCloud and app tracking worked for a few hours, and bunch of apps were already showing up, but now it's grayed out again.

    Anybody has the same experience? I have no idea what else I can do.

    How do I stop my iPhone from automatically playing music when I plug it into my car’s USB port?

    When I get in my car, I plug my iPhone into the USB port. No matter what I'm listening to at the time, it automatically starts playing the first song in my iTunes.

    How do I stop this??? I'm sick of hearing the first few bars of A-Punk every time I get into my car.

    Plus, the song isn't even on my phone! And the cellular data is turned off, so I can't figure out where in my phone it's located. Otherwise I might delete it.

    Did the iOS weather app city sync get removed?

    The cities (and order of cities) in my iOS weather app no longer sync across devices signed in with the same iCloud account.

    For example, my two iPhones have completely different cities in the weather app and changes in one do not replicate to the other.

    Bug or feature change?

    Get Call identification Working in IOS

    There is a trick to getting call identification to work in iOS 14. Go to Call Blocking and Identification in Settings and you likely won't see any apps there.

    The apps can take up to 30 seconds or so to appear in the list. Once they do, just keep the Setting app open (don't force close) and call identification wi8ll work properly.

    You need to go back to Call Blocking and Identification whenever you restart or you close the Settings app.

    How do I film videos in 4:3?

    I've been looking through the camera app and have not found a way to film videos in 4:3 despite being able to do it for photos. I know I can crop 16:9 but then I can't see what the video looks like in 4:3 until it's already done, making filming far harder. Also, If it turns out that the camera app can't film in 4:3 are there any free apps which will let me film in 4:3?

    How do I export my EPUBS stored in IBooks to other applications?

    So I made the decision to move my entire library to IBooks a few months back which were in the EPUB file format. A friend would like one of the books ,but I am unable to export any of the books from the application as every time I click share and select the app, it simply shares the name and author, and not the EPUB file. I am basically stuck with my entire collection trapped in IBooks and I am not sure what to do. Any ideas?

    Strange behavior in chat tools - Trojan horse?

    Hello all, i'm experiencing some strange behavior in my chat tools for quite a time and i wonder if anyone here is having similar experiences.

    in a nutshell:

    sometimes wnen i open whatsapp or telegram it's not displayed the last opened chat but a random one. or within a chat it's scrolled up to the text hours ago. it change that for example the chat overview was scrolled down totally to the last chat

    i'm kinda scared that i m hacked or something but i don't want sound paranoid… i'm using the newest build of IOS. but this behavior has been monitored since ios 13 or maybe even earlier.

    Reminders on iOS really needs a “remind me in x hours” feature

    Currently we are stuck with 1 hour, the next of day (tonight for example), or remind me tomorrow (same time)

    I would love to see a "remind me in X hours" with the vertical scroll wheel to select any number of hours to be reminded again. There are many times where 1 hour is too short or I'll still be busy and tonight or whatever is too far away or too short. Thoughts?

    Can you set up a shortcut which follows the 'If Location = yes, open x' type format?

    So a bit of background on this, I currently have the back tap set up on my phone so that it runs a shortcut which opens my local pub's ordering app. The trouble is there are so many apps now for ordering at restaurants and bars and it's always annoying trying to find the right one. What I'm looking to do is to create a Shortcut that I can use which determines which app should be opened based on my location.

    If Location = 'pub 1', open 'pub 1' app
    If Location = 'pub 2', open 'pub 2' app
    If Location =/= 'pub 1, pub 2, etc', open camera

    I've only recently started using shortcuts so I'm not really too clued up as to the potential of them, and I'm not really sure if this is possible, but I thought it would be a neat little addition that will genuinely be useful for me.

    Gmail app suddenly not consistently pushing email notifications

    Is anyone else having this happen? I haven't changed any settings and a whole reinstall did nothing. I would say this probably started happening a few days ago but I really only noticed it yesterday.

    Basically I'll get the odd notification instantly now, some show up a number of minutes late (ex. I just got a notification for an email I received 10 minutes ago, but only that email), and then there's a ton of them I don't even get a notification for now at all that I only see when I finally open the app (which also just happened).

    How to stop Facebook tracking data

    I have the latest iOS update and I have been hoping to see the pop up where it asks me "do you want Facebook to track" but j haven't gotten it yet. What do I need to do? I even deleted and reinstalled it hoping it would pop up.

    Switched over from android, was loving the combination of texpand and google keyboard 'clipboard' feature to do text replacement and copy, paste texts! I have figured out text replacement but gboard on iOS doesn't offer clipboard feature

    Is there a way to force re-index Apple mail?

    It's a bit odd. There is one persons email not appearing in my inbox or search during 28 April until 4 May. Somehow that is the only missing one.

    The emails are from Google. This happens both on the iPhone 12 Pro and iPad Pro 9.7. I removed all my email accounts (three) and re added it. Updated it to 14.5.1 and still the same issue. I wonder if I can somehow reset the Apple mail index… which I assume it would have done when the accounts were removed. Or am I looking at the wrong side?

    iPhone and iPad randomly restart after updating to 14.5

    So I've been noticing that my iPhone and iPad (iPhone 12 and iPad Air 4) have been restarting randomly while I'm using them, and sometimes when I'm not. It's clearly not a hardware issue as it's happening to both devices and there's been no physical damage to the devices, but I'm not sure what else it could be. Note, this is happening on 14.5.1 too. Is this happening to anyone else? Any possible solutions?

    Is battery decay covered by applecare?

    Bought my iPhone Xs 512gb about 11 months ago (new). Battery barely lasts a day and I might just be imagining but i think my screen brightness has gone down. Warranty runs out on the 27th. Currently sitting at 86% max capacity. This must be covered right?
