Games similar to Puzzle and Dragons (available in the UK)

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 06:03 AM PST

    Hello,

I have been playing Puzzle and Dragons Z on the 3DS and really enjoying the mechanics. I went to the app store to download the mobile version to find that they had removed it from Europe a while ago.

Are there any games that have a similar gameplay mechanic and style? Not just match-3 but match-as-many-3s-as-you-can-in-a-time-limit? Not concerned regarding gacha as I am used to playing those type of games.

Looking for video series similar to Gameranx’s top 10 monthly list.

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 04:10 AM PST

Hi, a couple of years ago, i used to really look forward the next monthly top 10 list from Falcon, but now, it just feels like paid advertisements. It shows video trailers more often than gameplay, and it sounds like he's reading from a script like those fake streamer ads ("it's the most ambitious, groundbreaking game of the decade!")

Anyway, do you guys know any good channels where i can find similar videos?

Looking for a 1v1 Turn-Based Game to Play with Girlfriend

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 10:23 AM PST

Title. My girlfriend and I are both busy with work, but I want to find some kind of game that we can both play together, not necessarily at the same time. Think of multiplayer gameplay along the lines of Words With Friends (only example I could think of, I usually only play single player games)

Forgot the name of this IOS game from early 2010s

I think you controlled a car of some sort and you had to drive to certain locations around this village within a time limit.

I remember nearly nothing about this game, however I do recall there being only one map/level and there was this part where I had to drive up the side of this hill, but the hill had a dirt road protruding off of the edge of it. There was also a townhall and other landmarks in a village.

The aim of the game was to reach all of the landmarks displayed on the top left (?) of your screen before the timer runs out, but I think reaching the landmarks gave you extra time.

I remember some other landmarks, including a pier and a farmhouse (possibly). The whole village was build over water and there were small wooden bridges to get to different parts of the town.

Kid friendly co op games with controller support [Request]

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 06:10 AM PST

I have a 6 year old who is developing a love of games. Right now we play Cat Quest II together, as it is kid friendly, supports controllers and allows multiplayer on a single device. Are there any other games that meet these criteria which you can recommend?

We thank you in advance and look forward to exploring the games you recommend!

edit: we have since discovered Fledgling Heroes, and it's great. Any more games in that vein are perfect.

I love idle games but have been in a slump for a while, so I'm looking for suggestions! Preferably something multiplayer and F2P friendly!

Was wondering if there were any new Mafia Text Base RPG’s out there?

    Posted: 02 Mar 2021 02:04 PM PST

Was looking for any new Text Base RPG games out there that are new! Themes i'd like but not fully required are Mafia/Criminal base, although like mid-evil or scary could work to. Just looking for something new where i can learn the game with others and a fresh community instead of ones that have been around awhile and already have superior players!

Looking for an MMORPG that contains a Pet Class or Summoning class!

    Posted: 02 Mar 2021 03:47 PM PST

Title basically says it all, I'm looking for an MMO on mobile that has some kind of pet class. I dont care if the gameplay is passive (auto play) or more active and involved, I just want to try them all! As for pets, something permanent and helps with combat is required, I don't care if it's 1 pet or 10 pets at once.

    Thanks in advance.

    Heroe Collector?

    Posted: 02 Mar 2021 11:51 AM PST

    Hi folks,

played some Genshin Impact about 3 months ago, liked it but it was a bit too time consuming for me.

Surprisingly I really enjoyed the heroe collecting and gatcha mechanics of the game, so now I am searching for something similar.

How are the games that are continually shoved into my face? AFK Arena? RAID? Honkai Impact?

Or do you have something else you can recommend?
