    Hiking with an Apple Watch

    Is it possible to hike with the Apple Watch and have it sync with your phone GPS instead of the GPS of the watch itself? I don't own the watch yet so I can't test it, I'm looking into getting one so knowing this will certainly help.

    I was reading the battery life estimates and it shows that while doing something like hiking it gets 6 hours of battery life with using its own GPS, so the wording of that made me think that you can use your iPhone and then save battery life on the watch.

    So there watch will pause during a run or a hike. Mind never does it so I thought it was weird that both of theirs does this.

    No animation in Breathe app

    I rarely notice the Breathe notifications so I'm not sure how long this has been going on. I did find one Apple support forum post about it, but the suggestion to change the haptic setting to Prominent doesn't apply because that's where I already was. The rest of it works fine, the haptics, the timer, the readout at the end. Just no blooming flower.
