- I am using Apple Digital AV adapter to connect my iPad mini 5 to my monitor (not TV) and there are 2 small black bars on TOP and BOTTOM, how can I make it fill the top and bottom? No option on the monitor to adjust
- Just got my first Apple Pencil to start doing my digital drawing on my iPad!

- iPad rolling stand. It’s a little expensive but this would be nice for Zoom meetings

I'm an artist who deals with a lot of reference photos and I am currently in the process of moving ~900 images from the photos app to the file app for better management. The problem is that my photo reel is also mixed up with personal junk at the moment and I have no access to any other computer other than my iPad (Id like to keep the personal junk in the photos album) The way I'm doing it is I'm selecting maybe 10 images in the photos app and sharing them to files. This deselects them(annoyingly) so I have to select them all again to delete them from the photos app so I'm not storing copies on my device. The reason I can't do it in larger chunks is to avoid deleting a photo I haven't moved or vice versa. I feel like there has to be a more efficient method, but I don't know how. Any apps? Or any way of keeping things selected after you share them to files? Or reselecting them easily? Any help would be much appreciated thanks. [link] [comments]  | ||

So I was kindly gifted an iPad for art, as I'm a digital artist, but I quickly realised that the iPad is the most disability friendly device I've had. I have visual comprehension and minor motor issues among other things, and my iPad has made everything easier. Something about how simple the layout is, how bright the screen is (my eyes don't process dark colours), and how big it is just make it really easy for me. But I work from home using a laptop that is very difficult on my eyes and hands! Is there a way that I can use my laptop, from my iPad? No, I can't use my iPad itself for work. | Posted: 04 Feb 2021 05:02 PM PST Hey guys. The other day I was doing A LOT of writing on my iPad. I'm a college student and do everything school related on my iPad. After I was done writing (probably 3-4 hours of writing) my hands could barely hold the pencil anymore and my fingers and crevice of the hand the pencil lays in(?) (space in between thumb and index finger) when writing hurt a lot. The pencil is definitely not soft nor is it light after a bit. The next day at work, I could barely even hold the regular light pens to write down times and info. I was wondering what kind of grips you guys recommend for Apple Pencil 2. Doesn't have to work with charging and I have no problem taking it off to charge the pencil and back on once I'm ready to use. [link] [comments]  | ||
