Calls on Other Devies Bug - calls go Straight to VM

Ive noticed over the last month on 14.4 PB that if I apply the "calls on Other devices" I end up missing a lot of calls. Calls to my phone go direct to VM, my phone locked, or open, does not ring. nor do any of my devices (MBP, iPad, AWs5 w/Cell) I had this issue back in Dec. VZW couldnt track it down, and since I had recently had a line switch-a-roo done because the new iPhone 12 my wife got was applied to my line, they sent me a new SIM card. Installed that, and activated, and all was fine. Tues or Wednesday I finally re-added calls on other devices, and wifi calling, and this morning I missed 3-4 calls, all direct to VM. I turned Calls on other devices off, rebooted, and now Im getting calls again...

[14.4 B2] would you like to pair to airpods(pro)

Basically my AirPods Pro came back from AASP and now when I'm listening to music after unlocking my phone I receive notification if you want to pair this headphones and share audio to them.

So I'm curious if that's latest beta issue or those "repaired" one are actually broken because after like 20 minutes of listening I have 90% (issue was noice canceling was low - repair program)

Beta After Reset

I installed the beta then did a reset all content and settings. I do have the Feedback app on my Home Screen, but I don't see the profile anywhere. When b3 drops, will I receive it or do I need to reinstall the profile first?

Handoff/Automatic switching fixed?

Have seen 0 posts about this, and it's hands down the worst but on iOS/Mac.

If you aren't aware, handoff is completely broken on Big Sur and 14.x. Meaning using your AirPods will not switch or will switch unintentionally if you lock your phone or get a notification.

Can anyone clarify any support to this?
