    Sorry if this isn't the right place, but I just wanted to share this little bit of information! Right now if you have a discover credit card and have any cash back, literally a cent, you can get $50 a purchase of $150 or more on Amazon, if you use any sum of discover cash back.     Any way to have the YouTube website play videos full-screen? There's no maximise icon bottom-right of playing videos (and this is too old for the YT app unfortunately). Is it possible?

    Opinions about Scribble feature

    I was thinking, while I am waiting for the new Air to be available, how many of you have used the new Scribble feature on iOS 14?

    Is it good enough to be the main input method on an iPad? I have seen some videos and I like the concept, but is it a actually a good idea to use the pencil on things like spotlight and Safari search, messages, even tweets and Reddit posts?

    I find this exciting (and fun) because this way I can find more uniqueness on using iPads, but maybe on practice it is a bad idea. What do you think?

    Ipad streaming

    Hello folks

    I have an Ipad 6 th gen and I use Streamlabs app to stream my ipad screen (I draw) to picarto and Twitch.

    Well, that worked totally fine until I updated my Ipados to ipados 14, and now everytime I start to stream the streaming ends itself a few seconds later.

    At first I Thought that would be a problem with my internet connection or the app I was using (streamlabs) but I tried to stream direct with the twitch app as well and the same thing happen.

    I alread made a search on internet, reddit, and also took a look at the configuration of the ipad but found no solution.

    Anyone here having the same problem?

    I dont know what to do anymore.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks a ton.

    iPad Screen Recording Resolutions/FPS Question

    Hey everyone,

    I'm looking to get an iPad but wasn't sure what model to get. One key factor for me is the screen recording tool.

    All the different iPad models have different resolutions and I don't know how this translates to the screen recording tool. Will it capture it at its native resolution or will it downscale it?

    Also, does iPad OS allow for the screen recording tool to take advantage of the Pro Motion display and capture things at a frame rate beyond 60 FPS?

    Cost of Magic Keyboard Repair?

    My cat has broken off one of the keys on my keyboard and it's completely broken so will need replacing,

    Has anybody had Apple repair their keyboard before? If so, how much was it outside of Apple Care?

    Secondly - I'm still able to buy AppleCare on my iPad, if I do can I use that against this issue or not? I did already contact Apple to find out the price of support but they were unable to give any indication,

    I'm in the UK if that makes a difference

    Did iPadOS 14 remove force touch?

    Is that just me or after iPadOS 14 my magic trackpad 2 doesn't seem to have force touch anymore? I honestly don't remember using it, but now i'm starting to notice it's just not there. And i think it was there before. I'm confused

    Will Logitech Combo Touch for Air 3 fit iPad 10.2?

    So I've found a very very good offer for a Logitech Combo Touch Case and Keyboard Set for the iPad air (50€). I don't really need it for my ipad air 3 but wanted to gift it to a family member who has an iPad 10.2.

    Now the iPad 10.2 is a little over one millimeter thicker compared to the air, all the other dimensions are the same. Does anyone know if the iPad will fit into the case? I understand it will be a tight fit but since the case is rubber it could work out.

    What about the keyboard? The smart connectors are the same between both ipads but I've been wondering if apple maybe blacklists ipad air/ 10.5 pro accessories when connecting to a regular ipad.

    Edit; Found another post that says the Combo Touch for the 10.2 works and fits the Air 3. That means the keyboard should work. Now to figure what to do about the case...

    How long do iPads stay eligible for trade-in?

    I have the base model iPad (7th gen). I'm looking to upgrade since I've been using it a lot more than I initially intended but I have no idea when eligibility ends/if the trade in value decreases. I was thinking about upgrading to the new air but decided that if I can, I want to wait until next fall. Any help is appreciated :)

    Tips to avoid overcharging

    Is it just me or does anyone actually count how much battery percentage rises for a 1-minute charge?

    I calculated mine and the battery rises 1.65% for a 1-minute charge.

    I charged it from 60% -> 100% (need 40%) and it took me 66 minutes because 40*1.65 = 66 minutes.

    To calculate how many minutes it takes for the battery to rise by 1%

    To calculate =>

    The time needed to charge to 100% (in minutes) / Battery needed to reach 100% = The time needed for the battery to rise by 1% (in minutes)

    As your iPad gets older, it takes longer for the battery to rise by 1%, especially with new iOS Updates, less storage, ageing devices, etc as this was the case with my iPhone.

    This formula counts from any percentage you count it from. 90% - 100% typically takes longer so you can calculate time needed from 0% - 89%, then time needed from 90% - 100%.

    I might sound dumb, but this is how I do it. ^_^
