[Guide] How to block ads on Youtube after the new update (Downgrade Youtube to version 15.31.3). Posted: 29 Sep 2020 11:57 PM PDT Hey guys, So it seems like Google recently pushed an update to its Youtube app such that monetized videos (i.e. videos with ads) cannot be blocked with some of the popular tweaks that exist to block such ads. Specifically, tweaks like YoutubeTools (a great tweak and I recommend using it!) no longer work; a video with ads will not load if you are using something to block the ads. It's interesting that it still works on PC, but that's a side note. So, the solution I have found (until these adblockers are updated I suppose) was downgrading the Youtube application to version 15.31.3. You'll need AppStore++ to do this. Delete the youtube app (I don't think you have to do this, but do it anyways to be safe), then after installing AppStore++, go to the stock App Store, search youtube, and long-hold the "Get"/"Install" button (whatever it is) and choose the "Upgrade/Downgrade" option. Then choose version 15.31.3. You may also want to turn off auto updates or you'll have to repeat this process. I heard that AppStore++ auto does that, but I have not been able to really confirm. ​ Good luck, hope this works for yall. If this has already been posted then sorry, couldn't find one. [Question] Problem with DopeConvos and Presets Posted: 30 Sep 2020 12:20 AM PDT So today I downloaded DopeConvos for the first time after seeing all the customizations that you can have. I imported a preset from someone and it worked perfectly fine and everything was good, then I wanted to switch to another preset and I did. It worked but then after I changed one setting everything went out of wack. I try to use the presets but they don't get enabled and nothing changes and if it does work, the background image isn't the correct one and is instead one of a mountain, every time it's the mountain image. I haven't been able to get the presets to work and sometimes some switches switch off? Either I have bad luck or I did something but I delete and reinstalled and reset my preferences and all but no luck. [Tip] ipadOS fourteen cydia crashing on startup fix Posted: 29 Sep 2020 07:41 AM PDT So I've updated my IPad Air 2 to 14.0.1 and recently decided to jailbreak it again via checkra1n. All was good and installed cydia no issues there, until I went to open cydia and it kept crashing. I couldn't figure out what was happening, I tried all the things to help "clear" cydia and still nothing.
