Many of my movies reverted back to HD Posted: 02 Sep 2020 07:35 PM PDT Not sure what's going on but about 20 of my movies that were in UHD have reverted back to HD. Man of Steel, The Martian, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Starship Troopers, just to name a few. I've been doing some research hoping maybe it's a bug or something but apparently it has something to do with Movies Anywhere, which I signed up for a while back. I tried unlinking my iTunes account from MA but all those movies are still in HD. I'm beyond pissed because I just bought an LG CX and I wanted to watch some 4K HDR movies but I'm missing a good part of my library. Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to fix it? Using AirPlay with Sonos speakers Posted: 02 Sep 2020 05:23 PM PDT I've been having issues with AirPlay and Sonos One speakers. I have a new LG TV but it always forgets the speakers when I turn it off. Other times I need to set it up twice to hear sound. Is this common? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 02 Sep 2020 06:59 PM PDT Hi folks! Hopefully someone can debunk this for me. Is there any major difference getting Starz, showtime, epix through their own personal app VS. just buying it through the Apple TV channels. Do they have the same stuff on them? I noticed on Apple they have live streaming. [link] [comments] |
HBO Max stop having info on swipe down. Posted: 02 Sep 2020 08:20 PM PDT Recently on any title on HBO Max when swiping down on the remote the info section is missing all that is available is subtitles and audio. Is this happening to others? Tried all the basics restarting, uninstall and reinstall the app, log out of everything and back in. [link] [comments] |
Apple TV 4K outputting PCM (Stereo) to Sonos Arc when Change Format is set to OFF Posted: 02 Sep 2020 07:27 AM PDT Hello all, My TV is a Samsung MU6300 from 2017. I currently have my Apple TV 4K hooked up to HDMI 1 on the TV, and have my Sonos Arc hooked up to HDMI ARC (HDMI 3) on the TV. I noticed when playing DD 5.1 movies & tv shows, I go into my TV's audio settings and see that it defaults to PCM instead of Dolby Digital (However, DD is available to select as an option). This is when Change Format is set to OFF. I do get DD 5.1 automatically when I turn on Change Format and set it to Dolby Digital 5.1. My question is why is my Apple TV sending a PCM stereo signal to the Sonos Arc if the Sonos supports 5.1? Wouldn't Change Format being set to OFF send the best possible signal? Thanks! Does enabling shared album on one Apple TV enable it on another (both on same account) Posted: 02 Sep 2020 12:12 PM PDT Just like the title says. If two Apple TV's both on the same account and one has enabled shared libraries for iPhoto access (for use on a screensaver) does it enable that on the other or not (I don't have access to both to check). I'm thinking not because I had to use the password to enable it on the Apple TV I have access to. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 02 Sep 2020 03:53 PM PDT Yesterday I just bough an Apple TV but when I tried to get Disney plus, I just can't find it. Is it on Apple TV yet? [link] [comments] |
