How do I upload my game to App Store?

Hey Guys! So over the past 2 months I paid a game developer through fiverr to create my ideas into a game,( I'm aware I need a developer account and need to pay $99 to be able to submit my game) fast forward to now my game is just about done just having to have the export created so that it's comparable with IOS, basically what I want to know is since I'm not the game developer and I can't just export it out of X code into the AppStore, how would I upload my game onto the appstore?

$99 to submit game to App Store??

I just had a question, I've been doing some Research about what I need before I submit my Indie Game into the IOS App Store, I see that it is $99 to submit then it goes through the reviewing process and it takes from anywhere from 3-7 days before it shows up But what if your game gets denied? Does Apple refund the $99 since the game didn't get submitted in?

I came across Spyic, but it's so expensive! Starting at 49.99 a month unless you pay $129 for the year. Does anyone know of an iOS keylogger that doesn't require jail break or an app download? Don't really care about phone call recording or social media use, mainly concerned in tracking browsing history including incognito.
