    In the past I used to be able to hold an iPhone with my left hand and click on a mail to read it. The mail in question would then fill the screen. When I finished reading it, I would swipe right with my thumb to move back to the list of other emails.

    Now, in the new update swipe right has a list of options that don't include "go back to the menu."

    This breaks two things:

    a) It no longer works the way other apps work. Swiping right ought to simply go back to the previous page, not have special functions.

    b) It means that the only way of going back to the list of mail is by using the back arrow at the top of the screen. I.e. needing two hands.

    Is there something I'm missing here? Did they just forget to put 'go back a page' as a swipe right option in mail? Or is this intended behaviour?

    I thought to update the phone has to be charged to at least 50 percent. So why yesterday when I was installing 13.7 my phone had to be charged to at least 70? Did Apple change the rules or something? 13.7 isn't that major to where you would need extra power for any reason.

    Now that Epic's developer account is banned, is there any way left to download Fortnite?

    but as of August 28, this no longer works since Epic's account was completely banned.

    Safari website killing iPhone XS battery life

    I had charged my phone overnight and halfway through my day today, I had found that I lost 70% of my battery life. Turns out all of it was drained through a single website that wasn't active (I was not using Safari at all today). Here's an image of my screentime explaining what I mean https://imgur.com/a/tCesqWh

    Anyone know how this happened and what I can do to prevent it?

    Recently I have noticed if I call someone and it rings without answer, the same number will call me back before the phone call ends. For example, I call "Ted" and while it is ringing, it pops up that "Ted" is calling and I can answer and put the initial phone call on hold. Thus saying I am on the phone with "Ted" while "Ted" is on the other line waiting. These are the same contact with the same number. It has only happened twice with the same person and they said they just missed my call by seconds and then called me back. This also seems to only happen if we both are driving and connected to bluetooth. Is this a glitch in IOS from close timing between two phone calls, or do I have a potential phone virus? Just nervous because I got some weird links sent a few weeks back and want to make sure there isn't a software trying to imitate phone calls...

    IOS Mail/Exchange 365 Activesync Issue

    When my coworker deletes emails via her phone, the change is not replicating to her outlook account. To troubleshoot, I deleted her exchange account and reinstalled it and the issue persists. I'm reasonably sure that this is ActiveSync issue, but am not sure how to troubleshoot it further. I do the same thing and am not experiencing an issue. Thoughts?
