People who have owned the stainless steel. How is the resell value? Posted: 29 Aug 2020 07:13 AM PDT I'm torn between sports and stainless steel (waiting for series 6). Although there is a higher cost for the stainless steel, is the resell value just as high? [link] [comments]

Posted: 29 Aug 2020 12:06 AM PDT I have a GPS Series 5 (not cellular) which I upgraded to late last year from a GPS Series 3 (not cellular). The battery life on the 5 isn't bad at all, but I've noticed it seems to die a lot earlier in the day than my 3. Which leads me to wonder what's going on. First, I turned off the Always On display. (Never needed that anyway.) I've unpaired and repaired, I've made sure the watch isn't syncing in the background, I've toyed with it in Airplane Mode to see if the WiFi or Bluetooth is the issue. (WiFi certainly consumes power.) Are there things other people have done to optimize battery duration throughout the day? For example, I've noticed that when I drive, my screen tends to turn on regularly, just based on the way I hold the steering wheel. (I can't wait for an automation that will activate theater mode whenever I connect to CarPlay.... cmon iOS 15.) So I throw it in theater mode when I drive. I'd appreciate any/all suggestions. iPhone won’t connect to cars UConnect if Apple Watch is connected Posted: 29 Aug 2020 07:37 AM PDT Every time I have my Apple Watch in my car, my iPhone will not connect to my cars uconnect. The only way I can get it to connect is by turning off my watch prior to turning on my car. I can recreate the problem every single time. It's really annoying to have to turn off my watch when I get in my car. Any suggestions? Apple Watch 5 version 6.0 | iPhone SE 2020 13.5 [link] [comments]

Reddit Fill the Rings is Live! Posted: 29 Aug 2020 06:36 AM PDT Boom! ''Reddit Fill The Rings'' is up and running! First, download Challenges: http://apple.co/29WoKbl Once you have the app, enter invite code: '6gg6' or tap on the link below to join: loseit-challenges://join?eligibilitycode= 6gg6 For those who may ask, the Challenges app does suggest a calorie goal. If your current goal is higher than what's suggested, it will still count towards your rings in the Challenges app. My calorie goal is always higher than what Challenges recommends and I always leave it higher. Posted: 28 Aug 2020 09:10 PM PDT So I went to change my screen protector that had been on the watch for a year and had issues getting the new one on right so I went 'naked' for a while and ends up I nicked the edge of the screen. It's just a little nick but annoying to say the least. I did get a new protector on it but the nick is just big enough to look like a small bubble under it. I was wondering if anyone had tried any glass repair resin and if so did it work and what brand? The screen protector I use is Armour Suit. They work great but are a PITA to get on if you don't follow the directions exactly. Thx!!!! [link] [comments]
Recording weather during trainings without internet connection? Posted: 29 Aug 2020 04:34 AM PDT I just wear my Apple Watch during my trainings. Do I need a network connection to record the weather during my trainings? Thanks for your help in advance! [link] [comments]

Posted: 29 Aug 2020 04:07 AM PDT I just recently broke my Nike sports band which I pretty much used daily. Now I just use the „normal" black one but I don't like it that much. I thought about getting a Sport Loop but I'm unsure if I'll like it. Anybody got any (also third party) recommendations or insides in what you use? Thanks! [link] [comments]
