WatchOS 7 - will Series 3 get all features? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 05:21 AM PDT I have a Series 3 and was disappointed a little last year when some of the features in WatchOS 6 (such as noise level monitoring) never came for the Series 3. Wondering if anybody running the beta on a Series 3 could say whether there are any headline features missing on that device. I'm really excited about the sleep tracking but worried it won't come to my series 3. [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 Jul 2020 03:07 AM PDT I am planning a trip to Greece next week and I don't want to take off my watch while swimming on the ocean; but I've heard the sport bands usually fall off while swimming with waves/current. Do you have any recommendations for which band i should use so I don't lose my beloved watch? Series 3 38mm with Nike band. [link] [comments]

Will the series 4 get all of watchOS 7 features? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 07:17 AM PDT I have a series 4 with AppleCare + that's good until July of 2021 so I have no intentions of upgrading. I just want to know if the series 4 will get all of the new features of watchOS 7. I have a hard time believing it won't but I just wanted to be sure. Side note: I just purchased a refurbished S5 for my girlfriend for her birthday that I can't wait to give to her. We both got S2's when they came out but I couldn't handle how slow it was after a couple years and got an upgrade for myself last year. The difference was night and day as far as how fast doing things on the watch were. [link] [comments]
Is the apple original Milanese band worth the price? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 07:07 AM PDT Or does anyone know another alternative that works as well? I'm very new to the apple watch world (2 days to be exact, it was a gift) and I've always wanted the milanese loop band for casual wear but I'm not sure whether I should get the apple original. Any kind of help is appreciated! [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 Jul 2020 06:59 AM PDT I had the original Apple Watch (series 0 as some name it) and phone calls were almost impossible outdoors or indoors with any other sound. I upgraded to a series 5, but the improvement is very little on my unit. I can't talk outdoors if I don't put it directly to my ear; indoors I need to be in a silent room. Notifications and Siri are as loud as should be - only calls are terrible. Apple Support had me reset it completely, set all sounds to loud, etc. but it didn't help. I even thought I could be having hearing problems, but that's not the case (tested). Could it be a hardware issue or is it really like that? Edit: added info about notifications and siri [link] [comments]
Battery Drain Overnight (20-25%) Posted: 07 Jul 2020 06:46 AM PDT I have a Series 5, 40mm, GPS. I've only had my watch for 2 weeks. I don't sleep with it on, I usually leave it on my nightstand and put it in airplane mode. The first week was fine, I'd wake up and still have 90-95% left, but the past few days, doing the same thing, I've been waking up to only 75-80%. I don't know why this is happening, especially since my watch is pretty new and I have it on airplane mode. I feel like it also just loses excess charge throughout the day when I'm doing nothing with it, like if I take it off for an hour it will still lose 5%... Can someone please help me out??? Why would this be happening? [link] [comments]
Can you remotely completely erase the data on an apple watch? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 06:26 AM PDT Bought an apple watch, looked up the serial number on the IMEI checker and it says the icloud is removed, but when I got it, the password to get into it is still on the watch and I tried passwords too many times and now it is locked. Is their anyway for the seller to remotely erase everything off of the watch? [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 Jul 2020 05:32 AM PDT Is there a way for Apple Watch to track the calories I burn during wanking. If there isn't it would be a good feature considering how many calories actually go to "waste". [link] [comments]
Anyone here own multiple styles? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 05:29 AM PDT Back in January, I upgraded to the S5 stainless steel watch. I love it and think it looks great. I've been thinking about buying the space black stainless steel as well, just to switch it up every once in a while. Does anyone here have multiple Apple Watches that they sometimes alternate wearing? [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Jul 2020 05:28 AM PDT I've been really contemplating whether I should get the Apple Watch Series 3 or the Fitbit Versa. My goal is ultimately to have a device that can count my calories accurately, however there is one pro that out one device above the other: Apple Watch: -More compatible with iPhone Fitbit: -Cheaper I've also heard that when it comes to fitness, the Fitbit wins, and the Apple Watch wins everything else; that being said, fitness is my goal, but the Apple Watch is literally $30 more than the Fitbit. Please help me come up with a decision. [link] [comments] |
