    Why do some of my purchased songs keeps on being deleted and have to be re-downloaded?

    My phone is usually on airplane mode most of the time. I imagine I wouldn't have known if my phone was always connected and I'd be eating up data?

    It's frustrating when I can't connect and my music I bought is removed with out me knowing. Why does it do this and how to stop it?

    Iphone XR is going crazy..

    Basically, I've restarted it 10 times today, snapchats aren't loading, just says "tap to load" consistently. Then text messages aren't sending, disappearing after they send or just deleting completely without sending. Restarted phone bc of these issues then that screen came up. iPhone is updated completely, and once restarted the issues were resolved for about 5 minutes before the texting issues happened again. After every restart, once I reopen the message app, texts are all gone. I close the app and then re open it and they are back, but the last texts sent disappear

    Why does ITunes keep randomly opening on my Mac mini

    A few days ago I got on my computer and iTunes would not stop opening randomly. I've restarted and it still does it. I haven't really seen any concrete answers to this problem online. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem and been able to solve it. Thank you in advance.

    When I go into settings, general, and check iPhone storage it says that some apps have never been used despite me using them often

    I'm a little confused, is this normal, I have used these apps but my iPhone storage in settings says they have never been used.

    An explanation would be appreciated.

    IOS doesn't seem to work?

    I've received a iPhone7 around a year ago from a family member, as a birthday present. About a month ago or so It started saying that there's no service, and I didn't think much about it because usually I don't use data. I opened SnapChat and the whole entire screen went black, like, it restarted itself. So I tried turning it back on, and it did turn back on. But it put me on the "Hello" starting page and has pick your language, your region, etc. I did all of that and it took me to connect your iPhone to iTunes. I did that and then it said my iPhone is identifiable? Currently, I'm just stuck on the welcome page and I can't access the phone itself, like the homescreen, It doesn't give me any other options to access it either, It just shows pick your region and shit then the connect your iTunes account. Should I take it to the apple store tomorrow? Could they fix it? The model type is A1660

    Is there any way to check the status of my AppleCare repair without my phone?

    I have an iPhone 11 running iOS 13.5.1. The screen cracked so I sent it into Apple for repair using AppleCare+. I want to check on the progress of my repair but the thing is I have no backup phone and when I try to log into my account I get hit with a 2-factor authentication prompt which only works if I have my phone. Am I out of luck here?

    Hi, from what I see online, my problem is quite common but no one seems to have a definitive answer. I'm using an iPhone 7, iOS 13.5.1. In my App Store, I can see that several of my apps supposedly have new updates, as instructed by inside the app to update. However, when I get directed to the App Store, there is no 'update' button, but rather just the 'open' button which will take me back to the app again, repeating the cycle. Please enlighten me on how to solve this issue. Thanks!

    Macbook air draining battery while plugged.

    Hey guys, im desperate.

    I had this macbook, sold it and the new owner told me the battery reached like 13% and shat down, when she tried to charge it, it did only while being off, and if you use it while its plugged in to the power, it still drains battery...

    This gave me alot of problems and i ended up buying it back because tech support here sucks and they didnt fix shit...

    This is what we've tried:

    • Battery replacement (not third party, original), still shat down.

    • Battery reset, still didnt work

    • They gave it a chemical clean to see if it had anything to do with it being a bit dirty or something spilled in it, but still no change at all...

    Its a Macbook Air 2017 It has MacOS Sierra ver. 10.12.6 (i dont want to update it because its 128gb only, and i will drain the harddrive with the new os)

    I seriously dont know whats wrong, i dont have any apple support near me and because of quarantine that option isnt viable.

    I hope someone can give me any advice, it would be so much appreciated, thankyou in advance. <3 if you need any other info, just let me know.

    Extremely bad iPhone lag and battery dying.

    Apologies for long post or if this is inappropriate, mods remove as you see fit. I am desperate.

    So around 3 days ago for no discernible reason my iPhone 7 began to lag obscenely slow. Pictures wouldn't save. I restarted three times and it started saving pictures however it would delay for up to 3 minutes after pressing the WiFi button or my torch light button and then would lead onto straight up freezing prompting me to restart it. The phone's space isn't full, I've backed up all my data and restored it and while initially the lag vanished, while backing up it returned and then vanished again after the restore until I started to download songs. Loading into YouTube or twitter is a nightmare as videos buffer every 3 seconds and pictures do not load for near 5 minutes. Google chrome and safari all take quite some time to perform a search. Only Reddit and Facebook messenger seem to be the easiest apps to navigate currently. I do not leave apps open in the background and I have only 35gb of my 128gb used.

    All google searches tell me is that I should free space or update the iOS or close apps or force restart when these do not apply / do not help. I can't find anyone describing my issue. Is this even fixable? Thank for reading and any suggestions at this stage would be great.

    Edit: I forgot to mention battery dies within the hour and takes up to 3 hours to charge. This only started happening when the lag did.

    Brand new iPad won't connect to new Apple Pencil

    Hi y'all,

    I just purchased my first iPad (iPad Air 3, 13.5.1) and got the Apple Pencil as well. The pencil won't connect to my ipad, but it will connect to my mom's iPad Pro 9.7. I know that it probably isn't the bluetooth on my iPad, as it will connect to my airpods. I've tried restarting it, resetting it, putting it in and out of airplane mode and alas, nothing has happened.

    I was wondering if there was anything else that I could do?

    one of the pins on my magsafe 2 charger is burnt

    one of the pins are burnt, so it cannot charge my laptop. i tried with another charging using another charger (my sister's) and it works fine so the problem is definitely the charger, not the port. any way i can clean it?

    Right AirPod mic not working

    A few days ago my right AirPod microphone stopped working and I use that one most frequently for calls so it kind of sucked, has anyone had the same issue and solved it? I've also reset them a few times so I'm not sure, I'm on an iPhone X

    iPhone 7 Cellular Connectivity Issues

    I have a 7 for years now and all of the sudden it struggles to connect to cellular networks. My network provider is Verizon and I should have no issues getting coverage where I am. At best, my phone connects for around 10-15 minutes, then searches, and finally has no service. Restarting the phone restarts the process but I always end up with no service.

    I also keep getting a pop up that reads "You iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated."

    But as far as I can tell I have the latest version of iOS and my carrier settings are up to date so I am at a lost of what to do. I have iOS 13.5.1 and Verizon 41.1. The phone still connects to wifi if that means anything. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Preferred languages disappeared in iOS Settings.

    I just noticed that I don't have the option to choose my preferred languages and app languages. I tried clicking 'change language' in some apps so it would redirect me to settings, but the option doesn't show up.

    I am still able to change my iPhone language, just not choose the preferred language.

    I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 13.5.1

    SOLVED: I forgives our that I had to click "other languages" to add a preferred language instead of changing my iPhone language. I was able to change app languages individually after.

    Sharing screen on Mac to Iphone

    Im trying so damn hard to figure out how to screen share my mac screen to my friends iphone, facetime has no option for it, screen share says their name/number/apple id is incorrect but i can contact those on other platforms. Messaging just opens the screen share i just mentioned. Besides downloading a non apple application is there anyway to finagle this!!! I have the most recent update and everything!!!! Thanks.

    I have been using an older version of OSX for ages now, but i recently factory wiped my macbook air. I tried installing Imovie, and it offered me an "older version", I thought, hey, may as well just update to the latest osx, and installed it to the latest osx available. I've now jus tried to install iMovie, but it tells me i need10.14.6, and won't offer me an older version. How can I install Imovie?

    iPad Air 2 not allowing WiFi to be turned on

    Wifi randomly shut off last night after a hard reset, and the button is greyed out completely. I reset network settings, then I factory reset the iPad, neither worked. I plugged the iPad into my PC (it's my daughters) to get it up and running, but WiFi was still greyed out after the factory reset. It momentarily turned back on (about 10 minutes) when I was messing with her phone (not sure what triggered it, I was playing with the settings in her phone and the WiFi on the iPad started to work), but it lost connection after a bit. When I noticed, it was trying to find WiFi networks and none were appearing, so I turned WiFi off and it greyed out again.

    Any suggestions? The Apple Store nearby is temporarily closed due to COVID.
